The shower was unusable. Full of hair. The side of the bed closest to the wall was covered in what looked like vomit. Didn't see it until checkout day. Pillows were the size of couch pillows.

Not clean. Charged me for late checkout when I checked out an hour early.

Breakfast was very nice. There wasn’t anything else you could ask for. Breakfast area was always kept up and clean. The room was nice. One thing, it was a handicapped room but there were no handrails. Also the shower splashed out on the floor making it a slipping hazard. The bed was comfortable and it was relatively quiet. I wanted to get in the pool but it was too cool. I got in the whirlpool instead.

Gym - seems outdated and the a/c was not on. Not sure if it is not working

Bathroom needs alot of updating

The lady working the desk let me check in 30 minutes early so that was greatly appreciated.

The Hot Tub was "Out of Order" and housekeeping girl was pushy to get me out of my room so she could clean even though it was only 11:30am and checkout was Noon. I was actually using the bathroom when I heard noises outside. I came out and she pretended that she thought I checked out already and the Red Bull I had just opened was thrown away and keycards were taken. If I had my wallet out there I would have caused trouble for that girl.

The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The fact that housekeeping didn’t remove the hair from the previous guest, brought clean towels but didn’t clean.

It was very outdated and the rooms were lacking maintenance. The price for the stay way too height for the quality of the rooms.
