This hotel was clean, very clean. Though the rooms are smaller than many US hotels, they are just the right size. We had a problem in the room when we first check in and the front desk clerk came up herself with less than five minutes and sorted it out, even by crawling under the furniture to get to a plug. I was amazed at her willingness, her can-do attitude, and her ability to just do something because it needed to get done. And in the morning, the morning clerk took a load of people to the airport in her private vehicle because the shuttle driver had called in late. Excellent service.

While the area is noisy, and a bit challenging without a car, our room was very quiet.

Extra friendly staff, you can tell they deal with lots of angry passengers and know how to make it easier for us.

I chose this hotel because they had a fridge in the lobby I could use to store my frozen package overnight. It worked out perfectly for me. The staff were nice. There were several staff members and I felt safe there. It had a homespun feeling.

The place is slightly shabby. No breakfast, only vending machine-type snacks.

The room was not clean, the phone didn’t work, my granddaughter could not stay because there was smoking in the room before and on the floor.

It was a place to sleep before a flight. Bed was comfortable.

The soap was barely - and I mean barely enough for a little guy like me to shower.

Smell of weed or something in the elevator and hallways on 3rd floor, also creaking of the elevator was a little unsettling
