The location is very good. It's surrounded by places to eat,and shop, It's 5-10 minutes from the airport.

When you get off the elevator, the hallway smells like a kids' jump zone. (Feet,mildew, and musk) The carpet smells and looks dirty.

The only thing we barely enjoyed was the 2 hours we got in the pool, after we were told it was closed due to chemical testing. After we found out that was not true.

For starters check in was late. One we got our room, the door was open upon arrival. We could shut the oor from the inside, but not the outside. The door was broken. We couldn't use the safe in the room. It would no open or close. After we got put into another room due to our door being broken, our key wouldn't work. I was also charged an unknown $17 fee that has not been explained. We were also told the pool was going to be closed for 4 to 5 hours due to chemical test. We called a few hours later and the pool was never closed. The entire stay was horrible. I want the $17 back and would be also like half of what we were charged to stay back.

The close proximity to airport and shuttle service was a plus. Check in was a breeze however I was charged a $100 deposit fee although my booking was paid for in full not sure when I will get that back. The room was dated very noisy but I was there for a few hours not a big deal

The bed slept good. The hotel was very convenient to where we needed to travel to. The hot water was very nice and hot.

The lobby was extremely hot. The elevators were hot and one stopped working. Our room door had blood smeared on it when we came back to it on our last night. The shower head needs to be updated to one that can have the spray nozzle rotated to different settings. The room definitely needed an upgraded paint job, but it’s right by the airport. I do think for the price….it could have been a little bit better.

the staff was nice and helpful. the hotel was very clean from my room to the front desk and bar.

I didn’t like the fact that there was no electronic charging plug for my phone and laptop, normally some hotels have those, for the ones who forget their charging block for the socket to plug the phone up.

The employee at check in was nice.

- Unclean. The shower had not been cleaned and had flies in it. It smelled awful and the shower floor felt slimy. - Unbelievable that they don’t have ice on each floor. You have to go down to the front desk where they take the bucket behind a closed door and fill it with ice for you. I’ve never seen that before. - Harsh, cold lighting in rooms.
