Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice location
We booked this hotel in part for the pool, which was closed for our entire stay

I did love it was close enough to the hospital for me a 10-12 min drive amazing location right next to the mall and a lot of food choices in the area and close to the freeway and no more than a 15 min drive to see any museums so the location was a amazing
I wish the pool was heated other than that you can’t win all still plenty of fun things to do for the family

The WHOLE entire staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. lent us a screwdriver etc...Lisa and Brittany were great.

Everything about this hotel was excellent! From making reservations to check in and throughout our stay, you gave Marriott a run for their money! Pat, on the kitchen staff was a pleasure, and the entire front desk staff was excellent!

Location was convenient. - rigt off of the Interstate - since I was traveling through.
Carpeting in hallways was worn and dirty - not a good first impression. Toilet seat wouldn't stay up - maintenance issue.

First and foremost I LOVED the staff. The staff is the BEST thing about this property. Breakfast was ok; my favorite thing is always the waffles.
The hotel is in need of a "refresh". It is not new and its age is showing. The first night there was a vagrant in the entrance ask if I had an ID... I said yes. She ask if she could use it to rent a room. I told her no. This made me question the location; however there were no other issues. I could hear the person in the next room talking on the phone at 10pm when I was trying to go to sleep.

Loved the shampoo and conditioner and body wash Despenser's in shower. Cleanliness of bathroom and room.
The amount of water when you flush the commode. The whole bowl wouldn't get washed.

The people working there are so phenomenal we feel like we're at home with friends!! Lisa at the front desk is incredible! Alicia (?) also there and another woman are all exceptional. Pat in the breakfast area is so friendly and accommodating always to us! She has food still there a little after the closing time which is great. And Iris in the kitchen is great too! The pool this summer was fantastic! Always so clean!
