Friendly staff. Convenient location. Wonderful breakfast options. Kitchenette is the perfect size.

It's a great place to stay while going back & forth to the Mayo for appts. Having the suite with a full-size fridge is very nice. The separate bedroom & extra sink also comes in handy.

Shower was handicap accessible and when the shower water was running, it would leak out the back and onto the floor and flood the bathroom floor. The shower curtain didn't contain the water, and there was no lip or slant for it to properly drain down the shower drain. Soaked a towel to keep the floor dry and slip-free. My husband and I both woke up in the morning feeling like we were choking for air. Coughing and throats so constricted it felt like we had an egg lodged in there. Was hard to swallow. We both slept very poorly due to the air quality. I had the heat set at 62, but the place was still extremely hot. Another reason we had a tough time sleeping. Very restless night to say the least. Once we got outside into the fresh air we almost immediately started feeling like we could breathe again. All our symptoms went away. Unfortunately, we most likely won't be staying at a quality inn ever again.

I wish that there was an air conditioner in the main part of the room instead of just the bed room
