well I love the indoor pool because every other weekend I have my son and he loves to swim he's 5 years old and he loves the king size bed and the fact that we can order room service and the food comes to us he loves that
not being able to look at movies like I wanted to I would thought the Netflix and stuff would already be capable of watching that's the only thing

The facility was clean and the staff was friendly.
I was told that quiet time started at 11 however I had to call about 3 times to notify staff of some extremely loud people across the hall. I ended up having to move myself,2 young kids and all our belongings to another room because they couldn’t get the people to quiet down.

Location for fair. Nearside resturants. Shuttle to Fair.
Very old hotel with limited choises. Less type of food. Very old place. High prices during Highpoint show.
Staff is also not helpful.

I loved the location having several restaurants around, so you didn't have to travel far for a bite to eat. Not too far from the Four Seasons
The only gripe I would say is that it was kids running and playing in the hallway around 9pm at night while trying to relax. Other than that it was great!

We were located on the 3rd floor and the room next door was having party until 3pm into the morning. They were very loud and there were people in the hallway yelling and banging on the wall.

The facility was nice and clean and I loved the warm cookie you received when you arrived. The bed was soft and we had a decent view of the city. I would definitely stay at the Double Tree again..
There was really not much to complain about all was good for me and my sister.

nothing seem to work properly, sink drainage, ice maker, air…. however we were there for one night so we just dealt with it and didn’t report or complain…

Room did not get cleaned every day. Towels were not changed. Toilet got clogged - had to ask twice to get a person to come and help. When asking the first time, lady on the front desk was rude and annoyed. Dripping shower head. Had booked 2 queen bed but got king + pullout couch.
