Staff was extremely friendly, breakfast was great and room was comfy.

Walls are super thin and you can hear people walking. Other than that, great stay!

We arrived 2 am at the hotel and the front desk agent told us that they have canceled our reservation due to not show up. There wasn’t such as information on booking app. They didn’t contact us through phone or booking app, and when we asked if we can get a room they said that they don’t check in after 2am and the next possible check in is 3pm the next day. They literally “kick us” out 3am. He told us that we are going to get a refund because of cancellation and Marriott will take care of it but again there is not proof of the cancellation and we didn’t receive any cancellation notice on booking. Currently booking app shows that we stayed there but we didn’t.

The room was musty and the carpet was wet from the A/C unit. We were unable to move rooms as there was no other availability for a family of 3

Breakfast and location were good.

Pictures were not accurate. Very fun down. Rooms smelt. The front desk people both were useless and not helpful. Morning front desk lady was preoccupied with her crying baby.
