The lady at the front desk was super mean and couldn’t check in from my business trip because my credit card was in another state!

Location, breakfast, comfy and big room

The carpets and smell on the corridor is pretty bad.

The hotel is older but clean and well kept. The breakfast room is in another room but is large. I did not eat breakfast but looked like a good amount of choices. The bathroom was exceptionally clean which is very important. The wifi seemed to work great.

The hotel is literally on the highway and is difficult to get to. There is no elevator so very bad for mobility challenged persons. My room had a couple of items which could have been cleaned better, the coffee maker had spilled cream on it and there was something on the light fixture by the bed. I cleaned both of these. Also someone needed to spot clean the curtains which I also did for them.

Breakfast was great, had a variety. The room was clean and smell good.

Even though it’s on the highway it’s set up in such a way that it is private and like a little oasis.

we like most the hot tub, breakfast was awesome! great variety and restocking were a plus! during the long weekend and the hotel fully booked.

didn't offer late checkout, the air conditioning was noisy and didn't quit working properly (room 205).

We liked that the location is right on a main road. As we have had just arrived in Tampa for the first time, it's easy to get around. We enjoyed the pool area. The cleaning staff was really good and helpful. The parking is included in the price. Overall, it is good value for money.

The room and bathroom are a bit outdated. They can do an upgrade of the linens and towels.

Hallways smelled like chlorine and marijuana!! Pool was dirty water was murky with bugs in it.

There was no elevator so heavy luggage had to be carried up stairs. The breakfast was very good and kept nicely supplied. This is walkable to the ballpark and a few eateries. Housekeeping every 3 days but the girls were very nice and asked if there was anything we needed and checked to be sure the room was clean for us. Beds were very comfortable too.

Its on a busy road and we couldn't find a place at the pool, but that was ok. Help should be automaticallly called for heavy suitcases to be brought upstairs.

We were here for the Phillies Spring Training games and were able to walk to the stadium. Breakfast was always good.

Room was cleaned only if you asked.
