The room was comfortable, clean plenty of towels and washcloths. The breakfast was very good. We had eggs, sausage, fruit. There were also pancakes and waffles, cereal, yogurt, muffins. Overall it was very nice.

We were satisfied with all aspects.

I was checked in late, coffee was horrible, and the waffle machine broke. Breakfast was bad 👎, the bed was not comfortable.

The room appeared to have been cleaned but the carpet, beds, pillows, linens were obviously very old. I woke up with itchy eyes, a sore throat and asthma. If you have allergies to dust and dust mites I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The entire hotel needs maintenance, updating and painting - has not had any of this for quite some time

The pillows were just the solid type, vert uncomfortable.

The breakfast had some nice choices (scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, waffles, apples, coffee, milk juice! The location was convenient to the back roads we took to near by towns west of Rochester. The neighborhood was quiet, and close to a few restaurants and shopping (Menards/Kohls/Walmart to the north and Target/Fleetfarm to the south).

Some of the furniture in the room was a bit rough (Missing handles).

We were charged by the hotel every night we were there even though we had paid online through Booking.com. and it was just for a single night amount. The first night our card was charged $1,700. That was almost triple what we paid for the week. It's been a huge headache and stress that we don't need. I have cancer and we have a lot of hotel stays for the treatment. My husband also had to call Booking.com because they charged us a 2nd time. Nightmare

Clean. We also liked the outdoor seating.

Breakfast was pretty low quality but the staff putting it together was excellent.

The tub was great. The bed was nice.

That i have been double charged for a room that I only stayed one night in. I did not destroy any property, I did my overnight oximetry test and left the next morning. Over $300 dollars was taken out of my account.

seems alittle out dated. but most of all we paid bookings for the room and country inn charged our car again. they said they were reimbursing me but that was weeks ago. ive tried contacting them again and no response. they scam you out of your money. beware!!!!!
