Great location and very clean

It was so loud all night. There was clicking noises constantly. You could easily here people and cars and motorcycles from the room.

The cost for only one night was crazy, couldn't watch tv as we couldn't get it to work.

Art and smell

Bar didn’t open till 3pm and closed at 12.

Booked the junior king suit, air didn’t work so got moved to a queen room. Totally fine but I still Was charged full price. I should have only been charged for a queen room not the jr suite!

first night we arrived at 8pm. had to rush to have supper before Nesso closed and we were rushed by the staff. noise was very loud in our room from the bar until 11pm. next afternoon we felt like appetizers at 2:30 before we headed to the concert and were told it was not open until 3pm. that night after the concert and we had returned to the premises at 11:20pm there were no options to eat on site or anywhere within walking distance of the hotel. we feel there was a miss by management that not enough preparation was made to accommodate guests that were in town for the George strait concert and the hours that the concert was going to be.

Beautiful hotel and great location from Lucas Oil Stadium

The price on the expensive side plus parking was extra.

Beautiful arts hotel. Nice rooms, clean, comfy beds, great walkable location in Indy by all the sports stadiums and has great food options nearby.

Front desk staff a little unwelcoming but they were definitely tired and stressed from all the check-ins for the eclipse weekend!

The staff was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The location was great.

The food was unfortunately terrible. The room didn’t have a Smart TV and only a few channels when it was working. The bathroom sink filled up unless you removed the plug entirely and it had poor/old touch up repairs. Just wasn’t an ideal time when I was looking for a staycation.
