They didn’t charge for late checkout, but it was only 1 hour more of time. Allows pets.

Wasn’t very clean, literal hole in the wall, dirty sheets. They also take out a $50 deposit on top of everything else. Pet fee is per pet per night. This is standard practice at this point, charging per owners for simply having pets, but it’s annoying nonetheless.

The location of the hotel was very well. It had many food options and places to see at the location. It was also not too far from where the funeral we attended was and the repass.

We did not like that it was not clean. The fridge in the first room was molded and the bathroom wasn't clean. The beds were pretty okay for both rooms but it could have been better. ALSO, it was extremely hot and stuffy in the rooms because the air and everything had been cut off previously before arriving. There seemed to be no preparation for us to be there even though room was booked ahead of time. Then, all rooms were booked, therefore, the preparation for guests could have been extremely better. The staff seemed nice but only to a certain point that was absolutely necessary.

MOTEL DID NOT KNOW ROOM WAS FOR DISABLED, THEY BLAMED BOOKING.COM, I TOLD THEM IT WAS A MUST. THE MOTEL DID NOT FURNISH CLEAN TOWELS, TISSUE UNLESS REQUESTED. THE BREAKFAST ENDED TOO EARLY. NO MEAT PROVIDED, A FEW EGGS I CHECKED THEIR SITE WHEN I CHECKED IN AND THEY WERE $70 CHEAPER FOR 3 DAYS. I EXPECT BOOKING. COM TO GIVE ME A $70 REFUND THE ENTRY STREET TO THE MOTEL NEEDED TO BE PAVED. THE STAFF COULD HAVE BEEN FRIENDLY MAYBE SMILED EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE. I OVERPAID FOR MY STAY, PLEASE GIVE ME A $70 REFUND. THANK YOU

it was quiet because I don’t think there was any one else staying there…

There was a smell throughout the building and in the room. not sure if it was mildew or what exactly. Upon checkin, had to sign a waiver that I was responsible for any “damage” to the room which prompted me to inspect the whole room for existing defects which included the cover of the a/c unit was askew and filled with lint. walked through spider web entering the room, first thought was when was the last time anyone was in this room. I found used tissues, earplugs, and dirt on the floor under the head of the bed which also had an outlet that was not secured to the wall. the towel rack/holder in the bathroom was rusty. the list goes on. Breakfast was waffle, pastries, frozen burrito. no hot breakfast which was a reason for selecting a choice hotel. overall very disappointed with this property.

Only good part about stay was there was a bed, and it was fairly cheap.

I had an interesting overnight stay. Checked in and went to dinner. When I returned the room smelled like smoke, and signs say the entire hotel is non-smoking. AC unit was so loud that I couldn't hear TV without turning up volume super high. Room of people next to me partied and were loud all night through paper thin walls. Fire alarm went off before 6am for 30 min, and nobody explained why it was a false alarm. Breakfast was bad. Eggs were like powder and was tossed immediately.

The bathroom was clean The air conditioning was working

The chair looked to be very old and needed a deep clean. The clock was difficult if not impossible to set. Both light bulbs in the lamp on the night table were both out. I had to take bulbs from other lamps. Internet service was not good. The vending machine was maybe half full.

Dirty room. Sketchy guests shooting off fireworks at 12:15 am.

EVERYTHING. I have pictures on my phone that I am glad to show you! This is absolutely the worst place I have EVER stayed in and would never recomend it to anyone. I will NEVER consider staying again!

Other hotel guests (I think they were anyway) kept coming through the halls shouting loudly most likely intoxicated and kept waking me, our little boy and husband up. Pillows on the bed were incredibly flat and I’m asthmatic and needed to be propped up more, I slept terribly. The employee at the front desk was very kind and friendly upon arrival and departure though! The toilet paper holder is right next to the toilet so you can’t sit down on the toilet without running into the toilet paper holder lol.
