Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was quite good and plentiful with a good variety of food options.

Traffic on main road is loud. Smokers hang around outside room doors. Carpet didn’t appear to have been vacuumed well. Heater worked but is loud. Since it was very cold at night, an extra blanket would have been nice. The blanket on the bed was thin. Walls are also thin - could hear people in adjacent rooms talking as well as loud tv, and noisy footsteps overhead. **Not everybody drinks coffee. Would be nice to provide hot cocoa packets as well.

Stains on furniture made it uncomfortable to sit on ... stains on rug.... old bathroom

Clean, quiet, good hot breakfast...sausage links, bacon, eggs, muffins, yogurts, pancakes, cereals, juice, coffee, etc. Ample parking when we were there on a Friday night. Staff was very kind.

the lighting in the bathroom sink counter area with the mirror was not very bright. A little challenging putting on makeup.

The rooms smelled so bad I almost left and paid to stay somewhere else. The lady at the front desk was on a call when I got there, which is fine, but when she got off she spent 10 minutes on the computer before even saying anything to me. In all I stood there for 15 minutes with her ignoring me.

The breakfast was powdered eggs and tasteless bacon. The internet was in and out. The TV kept freezing up, and the carpet was gross... I paid $200 for 1 night, we canceled our 2nd night. I've stayed in quite a few Best Westerns this is by far the worst. This property is definitely not up to Best Western standards!!! I feel like could've gotten a better room at a Motel 6. And paid a lot less

I liked that it was in a nice area, lots of food joints and surrounding gas stations

parking was scarce, the rooms looks super outdated and there was a bug in my room on the fan. also some light bulbs need to be changed

Asked for a first floor room. Didn’t happen, had to climb two flights of stairs, with luggage. Have heart condition. Not good.
