We stayed here a year ago and found it to be a cute hotel, comfortable bed, etc
Returned this year and the front desk checkin guy was the same guy, but he turned rude, full body eye roll type, hardly said 2 words to us.
Room maintenance was severely lacking you can tell they did not do any upkeep. Our toilet started leaking as we were headed out to graduation party and needed to switch rooms quickly…front desk guy first told us there were no other rooms, then found one, when I tried to ask a follow up question he hung up on me!
The bed however is still comfortable!
I asked if there would be any financial considerations since we had to switch to a smaller room, and the nasty front desk guy said “you would have to talk to the general manager “ and hung up on me! Instead of contacting the gm himself and inquiring….
I left a voicemail for gm Summer May 5 days ago and still have not received a return call….i would never stay here again

I loved the whole vibe. It was very nice, very different i loved the colors and paintings lovely . the room was set to a relaxing tone and the robes were so cute, and the front desk guy was so nice and welcoming

The modern look.
The area around the hotel. The continental breakfast very tight space in the lobby. Although, the muffins were very fresh.

Everything was perfect! The decor was nice and it was very clean. The robes and bedroom shoes were a nice touch.
Only thing that could have been better was that it could have had a microwave in the room.

The hotel was clean and nice, the bed was comfortable.
I had to leave a night earlier than initially intended, due to the nature of my work. They said this was not an issue and that I would receive the balance, but despite multiple attempts to contact them directly, and booking.com trying to contact them, they have been completely unresponsive.

The aesthetics are EVERYTHING!! So worth the stay I have zero complaints!

Bedroom was not clean. It was so bad and also whoever stayed before us there eyelashes was there.shower was not clean

The evening staff were extremely helpful, friendly.
Water pressure in shower was virtually non-existant.
Air conditioner in room was extremely loud and seemed to have issues with properly keeping the room cool, even though outside temperature was not that high at all. Room also felt humid.
Paid extra for breakfast, (as "included" breakfast was a joke) Food that was paid for was still frozen on the inside. Threw in trash. Waste of money. Obviously a microwave "meal"...
Morning staff seemed like that wanted to be anywhere in the world but at their job. We couldn't leave fast enough.
Without question, we will not be staying here again.
