Staff were friendly and the location was easy to find had a great breakfast and general vibe was relaxed.
The views out weren't amazing but for location it couldn't be beaten. On the main strip, near a bunch of convenience and near the border.

Clean room, swimming pool, and great breakfast. Staff were nice up at desk. Great location for easy access to I-290 and to the centre of Niagara Falls.
No business centre with computers and printers like some other Hampton Inns and hotels we dstayed at, That is about it. Otherwise a great hotel.

The place is not only pretty but also clean. The staff kind and knowledgeable. I like the fact there is a pool and a laundry room available to all guests. Breakfasts are delicious! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Nice inside the hotel.
Our rooms were right next to the freeway. It was hard to sleep because of the noise.

The facility was ok overall. But the blonde manager with long blond hair started accusing us in front of customers of smoking while we were checking in (we stayed her two weeks ago and planned on staying every two weeks. Had a trip scheduled for two weeks from this stay but canceled it and booked a new place and will from here on out every two weeks... She was so rude and so unprofessional. I couldn't believe it. WE DONT EVEN SMOKE. She clearly had us mistaken. And even when we told her that she continued to go on and on in front of customers. I can not believe they have someone with her attitude working there. We had a good stay two weeks ago and planned on staying every two weeks. But the level of disrespect from this woman was extremely unnecessary and extremely unprofessional.
The blonde manager with the long hair was so rude and disrespectful. We had plans to stay there every two weeks but she was so disrespectful and she embarrassed us so bad I don't think I would ever step foot in there again. And she was 100% wrong about the accusations.

We had tremendous help from Elton at the front desk. He enabled us to get an additional room when there were none available in the entire town.
Food at breakfast wasn’t much.

Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and clean and the staff very friendly and attentive to correct any issues.
I had to ask for toilet paper which should have been in the room. Also, I asked for a quiet room but my room was to near the interstate side of the hotel which generated additional noise. Overall, it was tolerable.

The room was clean with well-stocked bathroom supplies. The breakfast was pretty good and filling.
It will be great if a water cooler/dispenser is available near the reception or on each floor instead of having to buy bottles. We bought water carton from a nearby grocery store as it worked out cheaper than bottles.
