Pulizie giornaliere, colazione buona forse un po’ poca varietà, andando la mattina presto mai avuto problemi. Ascensore sempre senza attese e deposito bagagli gratuito

The staff were lovely and we had a very welcoming team member on reception when we arrived and we felt welcomed each time we came back to the hotel. The team were very helpful offering umberellas etc when it was raining heavily outside.

The breakfast was very repetitive, and didn't have all the options shown on the posters. More variety at breakfast would be much better. This was our only slight issue.

The breakfast was terrific and the staff in the breakfast room very attentive. Many breakfast options that changed a bit by day. The room was comfortable and well insulated to not hear noise from the neighboring rooms. We needed more pillows and they were quickly provided when we checked in.

It became hard to get on an elevator during peak breakfast/departure times. The room itself had some minor flaws that were quickly addressed by staff.

Nice hotel in a great part of town. We had an amazing view. Room and bathroom were spacious. Comfortable and clean room.

Breakfast was meh. It could use an upgrade.

Location , central Manhattan close to 2 metro stations and 15min walk to Times Square

Isolation to the other rooms and the walkway were not the best , some times we could hear people talk .

Le personnel a été accueillant et très serviable, le petit déjeuner inclus était une belle surprise, la vue de la chambre d’angle du 24ème étage était magnifique, la chambre et salle de bain étaient propres (l hôtel dans son ensemble est très propre également), la literie était très confortable.

Rien (à part peut-être le bruit de la climatisation mais ce n’est qu’un petit détail sans importance)

La habitación muy cómoda pero la ubicación me encanto. Además, tiene un desayuno, sencillo, pero en Nieva York se agradece porque no es nada común, a menos que pagues caro por el.

Property was at a great location and we had a wonderful view down the Avenue. We also had a toddler traveling and a pack n play was provided for us.

Tiny room. Cleaning of room very late in the day - around 16:00 or 17:00, better be out during that time or ask reception for a specific cleaning time.

le chauffage beaucoup trop chaud et beaucoup trop bruyant dans la chambre. il a carrément fallu le couper pour pouvoir dormir. Un membre du personnel de service au petit déjeuner carrément agressif la qualité du buffet au petit déjeuner est mauvaise pas assez de place dans la salle pas assez de couteux, de fourchettes, de verres, etc... Bref évitez l'option petit dej ! attention aux heures de pointe : beaucoup, beaucoup, beaucoup d'attente aux ascenseurs (5 minutes et plus montre en mains)

Room was in need of some maintenance. The breakfast area wasn’t sufficient for number of guest. Very hard to get a table, every day they run out of bowls and cutlery.

The room is just beautiful with great view. Found out next to hotel is a popular bar with selling-point is the view which is similar to the view from my room. Room is clean and modern. Breakfast is so so. Quite a few restaurant just across the road.

La ubicación es muy buena, zona tranquila, con boca de metro cercana y posibilidad de ir andando a muchos lugares turísticos.

El desayuno no cumplió mis expectativas, lo teníamos incluido en el precio y sólo desayunamos el primer día.

Room was a great size, same with the bathroom. Loved having a kitchenette and many mirrors around the room.

The price for this and pretty much every NYC hotel is astronomical. Yes I enjoyed my stay but it wasn’t worth the price I paid.

The staff was super helpful, the location of the hotel was perfect and the view, amazing!
