The room was great, staff were awesome.
Noise level outside of the hotel/room was high all night... We didn't get much sleep unfortunately.

I loved the decor, the cleanliness, and the staff's attentiveness! Very Cozy and elegant atmosphere!
Although, there was valet parking, the streets were congested. We had to keep circling around until there was room to even get out to have our car taken care of.

Beautiful surroundings, comfortable bed etc. Great location for uptown restaurants and Belk theatre!
Room faced an internal lobby and was hard to keep the drapes from letting the light in. Lounge was only available limited hours.
