Perfect Comfy Bungalow
Questa piccola casa ha tutti i comfort di una casa lontano da casa. Questo confortevole bungalow da 2 BR si trova a meno di 2 miglia dall'autostrada I-465. Si tratta di 1 miglio a sud di Historic Ft. Harrison State Park e il campo da golf The Fort. A tre minuti da ITT, dal centro medico IU, dal centro finanziario, da LA Fitness, da YMCA e dai campi da calcio di Lawrence. A circa 10 minuti dal Campus Nord Community Hospital. È a meno di 15 minuti dal centro di Indianapolis. È a 24 minuti dall'aeroporto internazionale. Tutto in casa è nuovo di zecca! L'intero interno è completamente nuovo. Hai la casa completa da usare. Internet e TV di base. Spazio scrivania per lavoro. C'è una vasca idromassaggio con in 100 piedi di distanza a piedi da utilizzare disponibile in qualsiasi momento. Ci sono due aree in cui gli ospiti possono fumare solo all'esterno. Stiamo effettuando alcuni lavori di ristrutturazione del paesaggio, aggiungendo un pozzo del fuoco sul retro. Abbiamo appena aggiunto una bella area coperta del portico anteriore per il tuo divertimento. Il quartiere è tranquillo e ben consolidato. Alcuni dei punti di ristoro e le micro birrerie sono meno di 5 minuti

This was a great little place to stay for a few days. My two kids, two friends of mine, and myself all shared this place while attending a downtown convention. This was just the right distance from the convention center that we were able to travel between the two in about 20-25 minutes and never ran into major traffic. Everything was clean and easy to find.
The best part was the owners. My friends asked if they could join my kids and I after the initial booking was made, and the owners were great and let us add them to it. We had a last minute hiccup on our end that they generously accommodated, and we were very grateful for their help.
I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a place to stay and see the Indy area.

Cathy was a wonderful host! She greeted us when we arrived and was easy to contact if we needed anything throughout our stay.
The place was very clean and cozy and we enjoyed the fire pit and coffee in the morning. The location was convenient to Ruoff.

Such a cozy and clean little space. Felt like we were at home. We stayed here from out of town for a concert at Ruoff, which we had no issues traveling to and from. Would stay in this space again. Thank you for the hospitality!

The house was great, all amenities listed were there, a/c was wonderful and Cathy was very welcoming and helpful. We were very thankful to have found this place at a great price so close to our event (GenCon).

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, well-equipped and pleasant, including the backyard to hang out in. Cathy was very responsive to questions. Either I missed it or the description didn't say that there was a washer and dryer. Our one issue was that the twin beds in the second bedroom were too short and narrow for our young adult son.

It was clean and well furnished. The hostess was extremely accommodating and helpful. We had immediate answers to all our questions. We would definitely stay here again. Not centrally located but easy to get to any destination within 15 to 20 minutes.

Cathy is an amazing host!! My partner and I were checking out the city before our move to Indy in August. Not only was the home perfect, she connected us with her friend in the real estate business. Truly grateful for the time we spent in Indianapolis!

Very nice property, conveniently located! Host was very kind and attentive to our needs. This was perfect for our group of four. Clean and nice amenities in the house (games, books, basics in the bathroom....) kitchen very well stocked (could use a toaster). Loved our stay here!!

This two-bedroom bungalow perfectly suited our needs. There was plenty of room for the two of us to spread out. It was located five minutes away from our daughter's house, so we could visit her easily and also have some down time at the bungalow if we needed it. Downtown Indianapolis is about 20 minutes away. The property owner, Cathy, was great. Due to a freak issue, we locked ourselves out of the bungalow. Cathy saw to it that we got an extra key so we could access the home. I appreciate her quick response. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit our daughter.

We spent two nights in this darling bungalow during the eclipse and found it fit our needs beautifully. My grandson enjoyed the remote control beds and we found the covered patio to be perfect for pre-eclipse activities and games. Nicely equipped and furnished and very clean. Also just minutes from the lovely Fort Harrison State Park.
The house, despite being on a somewhat busy street, was very quiet inside - was not disturbed at all by road noise. The neighborhood is also very quiet.

This was perfect for our 2-day stay in the area. Everything we needed as provided for: plenty of towels, linens, blankets, etc. There were board games, well-stocked kitchen, and all very clean. I loved that there was an iPhone charger available. Hosts are easy to communicate with, and close by. Would definitely stay there again.

This was such a cute little place to stay. Perfect amount of space including more room. It was a quite little place and we cant wait for our next trip. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook every meal. Easy access to get in the house. We will definitely be back. Love from M +M

This little bungalow was the perfect spot for us. We chose it because of its proximity to our kids and new granddaughter- it was perfect! The other reviews said it was clean and well appointed and they were right. The hosts were also very easy to work with for booking, checkin, and checkout. Will definitely consider staying again.

The home was so comfortable, and clean. It was close to everything. We went to Broad Ripple and the home was close to the hotel where our child’s Marching band stayed. The home is close to the Lucas Oil Stadium where we watched the Grand National championships for Marching Bands. I’d recommend this place !

This was a very cute house with good function and flow. The kitchen was well stocked with various things like condiments, cooking utensils, and most things you would need to prepare a meal.
The hosts were great to work with. The husband met us at the property because he was turning on the lights so we could see to get in when we arrived, as it was past sunset when we arrived.
The twin beds had adjustable massage vibrators to help you relax after a long day exploring the area.

The property is very nice with everything you need for a great stay. Had things like seasoning for cooking and coffee was there with a Kerig. Very friendly host and very helpful and responsive to questions. Plan to stay there again.

We loved staying here!!! The owners are amazing people and went over the top to ensure our stay was perfect, and it was. The property was beautiful and very cozy. My wife, 2 kids, and I were very comfortable in this house. The owners even went to the trouble to set up cornhole and lawn chairs in the back yard for us to enjoy during our stay. Mrs. Cathy and Mr. Jim checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed and suggested places we could visit locally during our trip. We were in town for a youth bowling event and Mr. Jim took an opportunity to watch my son bowl during a practice session one day and offered him some tips, awesome people. I told my wife if we ever moved to Indianapolis I know where I would want to live. You will not be disappointed staying here.

My friend and I drove down from Michigan to see Dave Matthews Band at Deer Creek. This house was the perfect place for us to stay up and make some memories! The house was clean and lived up to every expectation we had from the listing. The neighborhood was very quiet which was nice. My only issue was the shower as I’m very short and it was mounted high on the shower wall. I run into that problem a lot though. I hope to book again for DC 2024! Thank you Cathy for a wonderful stay!!

Was very impressed when we entered the bungalow, the house was immaculate and the decor was just right. We met Kathy and Jim really nice people and very helpful. We will be rebooking for our next vacation to Indianapolis. Thank you for making us feel at home.

Fabulously cozy place to stay when coming to Indy for a conference downtown. This was about a 15-20 minute drive (depending on traffic and time of day), which was just perfect for us. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again if traveling to the area.

My adult kids and I stayed at this property while attending National FFA Convention, where my daughter received her American FFA Degree. The house was beautifully maintained. We enjoyed playing corn hole during evenings. We would definitely stay again!

This was a GREAT little house. Beds were extremely comfortable. The long driveway eased the worries of parking. Thank you for the bottle of wine which was enjoyed at the fire on a beautiful fall evening. This will DEFINITELY be a place to return when we are back in the area.

Myself, my husband, my mother-in-law, and our two young daughters stayed for four nights in this great home. It was the perfect size for our family. The home was clean and provided all of the essential items we needed. We enjoyed being able to have groceries to snack and cook when we did not want to eat out. The property manager was kind and easy to get in touch with. Would definitely recommend this home if you are staying near the Indianapolis area! Also highly recommend the German bakery down the street. A great find with delicious breakfast pastries.
