スタッフの対応はとても良かったです。

今回、ビックトレーラーハウスに宿泊させていただいたのですが、 ハウス内に入った瞬間に独特の匂いがして、その後、トイレやシャワーを使用すると、下水の臭いが上がって来て、トレーラーハウス内が公衆トイレの匂いで充満しました。 耐え切れずにフロントに連絡すると、すぐに対応していただき、消臭対応しますとのことで、その間少し小さいトレーラーで待機していましたが、そのトレーラーは異臭はしませんでした。 30分ほど待ち、また元のハウスに戻ると、多少臭いはマシになっていましたが、またしばらくすると元通り下水の臭いで充満して、夜、眠れない程でした。 スタッフの対応は丁寧で良かったのですが、あの臭いは耐え切れません。 トレーラーハウスの構造上仕方ないとの事でしたので、これからはトレーラーハウスには泊まらないようにしたいと思います。

ドームテントもデッキ共、とても綺麗で快適に過ごせました。

チェックアウトの日、あいにくの雨模様でした。 4人家族でしたが傘が3本しかありませんでした。 バーベキュー時の紙皿が足らなくなり、ドームテントの事務所に行きましたが誰もおらず、連絡先に電話しても部屋の不具合以外受け付けないとのガイダンスが流れるだけ...やむなくコンビニに紙皿を買いに行きました。

In the dome, the humidity was a bit high.

We booked 2 trailers and 1. Cottage. I thought the trailer would be small but we were surprised to have stayed in the big trailer. It has complete facilities and amenities. We had bbq outside f(bbq rental fee of ¥3,000) just bring your own food. We had so much fun! Thank you.

Nice hotel which near to the beach..

It was very clean, tranquil, and everyone was super nice. The included breakfast was very traditional which was a shocker to me as a foreigner but I also loved the experience and loved the food 🙏

Whoever owns this place knows how to build/setout a hotel. Very, very, very tidy & exceptional quality throughout, from textured wallpaper, mood lighting to the barstool area. We actually head dinner next door before checking in not knowing the restaurant was part of the hotel. The dinner was amazing even with some lobster in the set menu. However, best thing was this gorgeous women who bent over backwards to look after us. kudos to her, & a A for effort. The hotel looks to be a great set up & would love to see it operating in the peak of summer. There is not only the main hotel but also small villas & trailers onsite. Check in was seamless & we were provided a carpark for free onsite. There is no lift but shouldn't be an issue if you travel light. Then the room walking in the entrance hall was narrow but the fit out made up for that & the room was absolutely immaculately presented. the barstool/ bar area is very clever & presents an excellent way to enjoy the space. There are also two options 2x western style beds & Tatami Japanese style futons separated by sliding doors. The bathroom was flawlessly clean & very nice. Location wise the beach is close by Will definitely come back this July/August.

Cute hotel. With options of rooms, trailers, or stand alone apartments. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and new feeling our room was. Only issue I had was that it smelled musty when we first walked in. Once the AC ran for a few hours, the smell was very faint. Other than that, I would stay there again. Good value for what you pay. Great traditional Japanese breakfast. Very comfy PJs we’re provided that you can take home. Also we booked the premium room and it was very spacious! And the beach was a short walk away.

trailor was in bad condition. bath tub had water leaking on the floor. toilet was stinky. I needed to change room 3times. normal garden house type was very comfortable. well equiped.

The staff was so friendly and accomodating.. the trailer house was so spacious which exceeds my expectetions and the place was child-friendly.

A moments walk to a fabulous beach and an excellent seafood restaurant.

Close to beach and enjoyed the garden area. Music being played was also enjoyable. The restaurant was wonderful and the service was very good, such friendly people. Nice to have freshly baked bread.

I do think the cleanliness of the room could have been better. There were areas that had a lot of dust. Should also be careful to use cleaner to kill mold which I could see around window seals.

Location was great. Right by the beach. Patio right by the trailer house is great for chilling out.

Shower was bit weak so we ended up using outside shower.

The toilet is in its own room. A bit tight for me so if youre a big person maybe more tight.
