the pier and the snorkelling, the bed rooms with sea view we’re comfortable, the small size of the hotel, the orca dive centre was great and the staff very competent, the entertainment team was very good

the Italian restaurant was full for the next two weeks, the kids club advertised was closed , the inclusive drinks were bad quality (powdered juices and bad alcohol), to go to the fish restaurant you need to pay 25€ extra, overall the food quality in the main restaurant was variable across the days

The staff are excellent in the reception, restaurant, and room service food variety

Salad bar was not always fresh in the restaurant, Juice was not nice

Italian restaurant is a joke- dont go there. No Green flag for swimming for the hole week. Some employees totaly not useful.

A stunning clean room,everything is a few steps from your room, a variety of delicious food,amazing beach and the most special thing about this hotel is their staff they are very nice and looking for your comfort and make your stay remarkable every moment.specially a creative and very nice animation team , highly quality hotel chefs, everyone from the hotel crew was nice, approachable and.very helpful and a special thanks to MR.Mahmoud from reservations and MR.Ahmed Marakby at the reception desk.

Poor variety of food

The room was amazing and we got a free upgrade, services in the room are top level, the bed is the best ever had. The view and the sea are really good. Really clean all around and great pools. Super chill atmosphere and the animation is there if you like but they are super relaxed, they helped us with many local information, thank you guys! Staff always smiling!

The food is not good. We've got stomach problems while staying there, Dolce Vita restaurant should change to Egyptian rather than "italian". Alcoholic drinks are prepared and you don't really know where the pepsi/juice (definitely not real orange and not tasty) come from as they are all from dispensers. The tours they provide are on settled days and way too expensive. We moved to the town and we got 1/2 price for the same experiences.

Every thing was perfect 🥰 starting from the room service, cleaning and high standard hygiene system all over the place. The food was so good and beyond my expectations, diversity every day in manu, chefs were making a tour after dinner asking for gusts feedback. Special thanks for chef. Mohamed abd El atti since the pasta was so delicious. Young waiters treat us like a family, they always cheerful and smily team specially Omran, Ahmed and Mahmoud has the best cocktails ever. Animation team were so creative and active all day long. Surely will go back soon. Thank you for the outstanding vacation. 👏

Beds need to be more conform. Bellows with high volume will be better.

Id like the view , liked that the hotel upgraded my room to the room that i had honey moon in 2 years ago , marvelous beach view room. Id like to thank the reception both Mr saad and beshoy as they made an early check in for the room and late check out for me appreciate it . The staff in the restaurant was got nice hospitality skills specially in the italian restaurant the waiter delivered to me bills to my wife as she was sick.

Nothing to be mentioned, just for more entertaining as the below not bad , the animation team should be more creative , more vareity in the food . But all in all it was anice vacation.

-répétitive food of low quality -trying to sell you things at the beach even if you put a red flag -the guy at their spa became agressive because he offered us a 1min massage and we didn’t choose his service within the following 5min (we wanted to think about it). Very childish attitude

The service was fantastic! All hotel property was clean, the employees are extremely respectful, and the entertainment team was incredibly fun and outgoing. The view is beautiful and the rooms are very clean. They make sure you're comfortable and satisfied. There are many fun activities to be done here. Absolutely loved my stay here with my family!

There was no wifi in the rooms

the hotel is very comfortable with great access to the beach and reefs right in front of it. the pool was heated when weather got colder and windier. Food had good variety with different Egyptian and international. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they even prepared a breakfast box for us for the road to our early flight. The location is perfect, 20 mins from airport and close to most attractions in that area.

Is already my second journey to Concorde. The hotel itself is really nice. They look very well after their garden. Rooms are quite big and get cleaned every day. We came for diving. The Diving center there is the biggest plus of the hotel. Super well organized and diving sites are great. Hot stone massage was really nice. Thank you Ahmed.

Pier broke down when we have been there in march 22 which makes snorkelling and diving in the housreef more difficulte and it will probabely stay like this for at least 3 month. In my eyes they started to work on the pier way to late. Food is average especially for vegetarians like us. It is super annoying that if you stay on the beach in the moring every 10min somebody from the hotel want to sell you something. The hotel should do a better job in protecting their customers from getting bothered that much - especially since it didn't change from our last stay in 2015!!

Rooms were comfy and nice and the staff was all friendly.

The staff would approach often while on the beach or at pool and try to sell you something. Whether a massage or atv tour etc. this makes it unpleasant. I stayed at a resort to avoid the constant hassle that exists in Egypt and your resort did not change my experience. I understand approaching me to ask me things every once in a while but not every 20 minutes while I’m lounging. This is not enjoyable especially since I paid so much to stay here and relax.

It was one of my best vacations at concorde hotel, first the location is exceptional away from the the noise of the city ,a good place to enjoy the fresh clean air of marsa allam really stress relieving, the staff is very cheerful from the lobby to the restaurant and the animation team also we liked the beach and snorkeling the coral reefs were awesome ,It is also a good place for kids the have a kids club my son liked it

Staff are extremely helpful, they are very keen to make you feel comfortable. Food variety every day. Good desert. Also it was very clean (they are doing their best). Beside I enjoyed a free room upgrade.

Almost nothing.

Location on the beach and close to amazing scuba diving sites, sea view from our room and adult beach just in front of apartment, there was pretty big food selection and always sth to choose. Staff is very kind and helpful. As extra we went to massage and that was very relaxing too

On day one upon arrival wifi was not working and day two there were water shortages. But this was after big storm day before so that was ok. Suggestion: please extend lunch time to 3pm because scuba diving (and other trips) often do not finish by 2:30 and we had to run few times.

The hospitality of the staff.. The location of the hotel.. The room was comfortable, clean, wide.. The food was amazing and with variety.. The hotel has an exceptional advantage being everything are easily accessible
