Spotless clean and had all the needed amenities. The location is a 10 min drive from centre.
The size of the room is good for 1-2 people but with kids it will be really tight

Das sehr freundliche Personal, das hilft wo es kann. Sehr leckeres Frühstück, das man entweder im Frühstücksraum oder vor dem Hotel auf den überdachten Loungemöbeln einnehmen kann.

Хороший отель, удобное расположение, своя парковка, приветливый персонал, есть кафе с приемлемыми ценами, тихо.
Из приятных мелочей понравилось, что чай/кофе/сладости/вода в кафе бесплатно в неограниченном количестве. Дочке в качестве комплимента подарили игрушку. Есть мини-библиотека.
Возле раковины нет крючка для полотенца, нет запасной туалетной бумаги, вид из окна на крышу соседнего дома.

When I was looking for a hotel in Bishkek I discovered Futuro Hotel, and, looking at the pictures, I thought - too good looking to be true... but I dared to book a room in Futuro, hoping it's gonna be Ok.
But in fact, when we've arrived to the hotel, the reality exceeds my expectations - actual appearence of exterior/interiors was even better that it appeared on photos!
Needless to say that the staff is super friendly and helpful, tea/coffee + homemade bisquits and cookies are available 24/7 at the cafeteria, buffet breakfast is very good, queen-size bed is very comfy, the room is not very big but very well designed and furnished.
Since my first stay in Futuro - it's my choice #1 in Bishkek!

Modern hotel in a quiet part outside the Bishkek City Centre
Easy access to Bishkek with bus n°38 (15 to 20 min)
Room very well equipped, very quiet
Friendly staff (we arrived at 01.30AM - we were immediately directed to our room - all administrative was postponed till later, after a good night's rest)
We started our tour in Kyrgyzstan at Futuro and we ended it 3 weeks later also at Futuro: We were welcomed back as if we were frequent customers. That was a very positive experience.
The breakfast is OK, but choice a bit limited.
Actually, this is really a very nice hotel, efficiently managed.

Fantastic hotel. Spotlessly clean, good food, very friendly English speaking staff. A little bit out of town but easy, interesting walk and taxi's are cheap. Huge Globus supermarket 5 mins away. Has ATM'S and sells everything.

I had a wonderful experience at this very modern and stylish hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-equipped. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and although the breakfast area was a bit small, the variety of options was fantastic. I appreciated the complimentary coffee and pastries. Additionally, there was a convenient option to order lunch or dinner for an additional cost. The only downside was the slightly distant location from the city center, but a quick taxi ride took me there in just 7-10 minutes. Moreover, there was a huge supermarket located just a 3-minute walk away.

The Best thing about the Hotel is the Staff. They guided us before the journey regarding our queries.
Even during the stay they were very helpful.
They also guided us on places to get SIM Card and Taxi services.
The rooms where tidy and clean with high quality service.

Just such a great room! So comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept on ion a hotel anywhere. Such nice and easy to talk to staff with excellent English. Breakfast was nice.
This was my husband's second time here. I'm sure we'll be back.

Staff was really friendly and the facilities were great. Breakfast was diverse and there were options for vegetarians. Room was clean and having a supermarket so close was extremely convenient.
Just a personal choice: the mattress was extremely soft but this isn't an issue for most people.

stayed at the hotel was great staff where all super lovely and very friendly, the room was perfect bed super soft and rainfall shower in the bathroom, much needed after hike! staff organised a airport pick for me driver was waiting for me at the airport, (i would highly recommend getting the hotel to book a taxi for transfer) drive was polite and got me to the hotel safely. breakfast is small but very good food on offer, if you're staying in Bishkek just stay here!
hotel is about an hour walk side the city centre ( i didn't mind personally as i like walking) it is easy and cheap to get the hotel to book you a taxi, there is also an easy bus access to the city centre very close to hotel. so i would not let this put you off staying there.
