Classic but nicely renovated hotel with two double beds and room was huge with lovely breakfast. Love it!

Minor items like only 1 box of facial tissue provided and was placed in the bathroom for such a huge room that could’ve been occupied by up to 4 people.

The rooms are great sizes, clean, good WIFI, the hotel is a little older but is kept very well with great facilities and expectational buffet. The staff went out of their way to make my elderly Gluten Free / Celiac mum welcomed and catered for which was so nice. One thing about this hotel is the staff really live up to the Mecure brand standard they are super helpful, friendly even under pressure of many functions/weddings etc and this place is an easy walking distance from the tourist sites of Old Town.

This is a busy bustling hotel, the water in the shower is luke warm / cold, would be hard to stay in this area more than a few days as not much to do in this area

Smooth taxi transfer from airport to hotel arranged by front desk. The terrace room view was nice. Staff were very helpful and nice. Very accommodating. Swimming pool water was clean.

The mattress was filthy, hair and debris discovered when sheet was moved. Housekeeping came and cleaned it and put a mattress pad on it after we asked the supervisor to take care of it. All new sheets and duvet cover provided. Linens/towels dingy. Restaurant tables not cleaned properly greasy residue left on tables after wipe down and people not using tongs but bare hands to reach inside glass jars to get crackers. Not sanitary at all.

This was a fantastic place to stay. The hotel arranged a cab from the airport which worked out very well. Our room was beautiful with a comfortable bed. The hotel itself is gorgeous and located in a historic part of town. A very extensive breakfast was included in the room rate. There are many facilities like a pool and work out room. Best of all, the staff were absolutely delightful, friendly and helpful. They let us check out late and stored our luggage while we explored the lovely old town and exceptional national museum. We loved our stay and would love to stay here again.

I made this reservation for my elderly parents traveling on their own from our hometown. I wanted to make sure that they can travel smoothly especially from the airport to the hotel so I made a phone call directly and was guided by Ms.Citra (the hotel reservation office) who helped to make a reservation at the Golden Bird Taxi. All the staffs were extraordinarily kind and helpful. They with no hesitation were willing to help my parents wholeheartedly. The room was always kept clean. The location was good too nearby the Old City of Jakarta. All in all, I heard from my parents that they had an enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Having a pleasant stay in Mercure Batavia Hotel. The Hotel is historic building and having historical buildings around it. We can walking distance to Old City “Kota” to explore and learn about Jakarta. Such a memorable time 😍

The Hotel’s pool quite old fashion, so we didn’t enjoy our swimming time much. Besides that the cafe just facing the pool so we don’t have privacy when we’re swimming. The weather will be very hot and noisy (due to traffic jam) during the day but pleasant during the night

The room is very good, but the view is not to the city (but i asked for a room with a view) The breakfast was really nice. Wi Fi was good. Staff is friendly.

The worst restaurant in my life. Classic Cesar salad with only three, not fresh ingredients. I was waiting for it for 25 minutes.
