All good, except the terribly loud music in the water park.

The volume of the music in the water park, terribly loud.......

The service at the breakfast place. The waiter was super nice.

The shower in the room.

The cleanness of the property, location and the spa/massage facility.

The reception was trying to change the reserved room and give us an inferior room outside the main compound, claiming that they can change the room since it was reserved online although the reservation clearly was indicating top Lakeview room.

I liked how the room is designed and the clearness and the staff are very friendly a d helpful.and the place 8s amazing in General.

The waiting time at the reception so disorganized and it takes cheek in a d check out process is time consuming.

Great location, best view, very big room, good breakfast service

Very slow and poor check-in process. We arrived at 2 pm and the room was not ready. Waited for 1 hour to get our room, the front desk staffs were very slow. Went to eat dinner at the restaurant and the waiter was very slow . We could not get our bill to pay. We finally left the restaurant without getting our bill and we to front desk to let them know to add the bill to the room. I personally went to ask front desk to get fire to get started in our room but the person never showed up. The phone in the room didn’t work. We have to use cell phone and phone was busy at the desk to get someone to get the fire to get started. Final someone showed up very late when we almost went to bed. The next day, flooding the whole room when taking shower and I almost slipped down from the water on the bedroom floor. I went to tell the restaurant host when we had a breakfast to tell the front desk about the flooding issues and to get it clean. The person came back and relayed the message that front desk has been informed the room to be clean. However, when we went back our room has not been clean. Plants on the walkway need to be trimmed.

Custo

This is a great resort with lots to do for all the family of all ages. The setting is natural and there is a lot of creativity which will impress anyone with taste for rustic and natural settings and furniture. Breakfast was generous and good. Services were good generally.

The WiFi is poor. Anyone who needs to communicate using internet connections must come with their own data.
