The staff is very warm & helpful. Especially, Samrait were very helpful. The location is central & the hotel is situated at the heart of Addis. The spa is great!

Wlan hat nach Mitternacht nicht mehr fnktioniert und es gab andauernd Stromausfälle. Personal hat auf Anfragen sehr spät geantwortet. Ich hab nach Obst gefragt und es 1,5 Tage später bekommen. Der Wasserhahn im Bad war nicht benutzbar, weil der Wasserdruck zu niedrig war. Das Wasser in der Dusche musste man 10 min laufen lassen, damit es warm wurde. Nach 10 Tage Aufenthalt wurde mir gesagt, ich müsse nochmal mehr bezahlen, weil der Portier einen Fehler gemacht hätte.

Cleanliness of the room, towels and bedsheets is superb
There limited choices of continental choices of food from their menu for lunch and dinner, including breakfast. I would recommend to try to blend the local food with intercontinental foods to provides for diverse choices

The reception manager was a very nice person, she helped me a lot and facilitated my stay as I arrived 7 hours earlier than the usual check-in hours

The hotel is very good, the most I liked was the staff, they are cooperative and so nice.

This used to be one of the top hotels in town, but clearly well past it’s prime. Getting hot water a struggle with uncertain outcome each time, staff was not able to fix it and generally seems not on top of things, breakfast is rather stale. Generally overpriced for what you get.

Everyone in the hotel is super friendly. We arrived very early in the morning, and manager even found rooms for us so we did not have to wait until 2 pm. Great service!
Also, the pool on the rooftop is really nice!
Each room has a balcony with a tree on it, which is very cute.
Everything was clean.
