This property could so easily be excellent but is just let down by lake of standard features you would expect. Location and parking is great, balcony and view is amazing and the property is a good size. But no Wi-Fi, hairdryer, shower is an over the bath type which is not good and the water tank is so small it one shower and it’s cold showers for anyone after. This just needs updating, and a bit of thought and this would be a property they could easily charge more for

If you’re looking for a great apartment and not just a great terrace I’d give this one a miss. The flat itself is VERY basic. I’ve no objection to a bit of IKEA furniture but what’s there is tatty, stained and peeling melamine. The bed covers had holes and the kitchen is useless. I tried using the kettle and toaster at the same time and blew the fuse. It was also dirty on our arrival. They offer to send in cleaning staff but that’s not really the point; it should have been done before we arrived. On the plus side it’s in a great spot as the beach is wider and quieter than nearer the town but there are plenty of other apartment complexes to choose from so I’d fore go the appeal of the terrace that has no shade and pass this one by.

We came here for the 4th time and had another great holiday in a beautiful location. Everything was perfectly arranged. Nice and big balcony and a nice sea view.The service and communication with UHC was also perfect. We will definitely be back again next year!

Logement parfait ! Un dernier étage a monter par les escaliers mais bien mérité pour arriver dans un grand logement avec une terrasse aussi grande et une vu à couper le souffle ! Je conseille très fortement !

There is no doubt that the main feature of the apartment is the huge terrace, we were blown away by the size of it and the fabulous views that you get of the whole promenade, the sea and the mountains. It also faces the right way for some beautiful sunsets - it was fabulous sitting on the roof with a drink or too watching the sun go down. The apartment itself although fairly basic was fully functional, the layout was good and it had a light, airy feel to it. We felt very safe having electric metal shutters that you could close during the day and night and key access was required for the main front door and door to the 7th floor landing. The only niggles we had were a small ant infestation that we had to keep sweeping out and the beach towels that we had requested to hire from Universal Holiday Centre weren't in the apartment on arrival and we were told we had to pick them up from their office which was a 15 min walk away. It would be useful if there was a full length mirror in the apartment as the only mirror was in the bathroom. We would definitely stay there again!

Really enjoyed the two weeks break we had at this apartment, we seemed to have picked the busiest weekend to arrive as the office we had to go to to collect the keys was packed and there was not a lot of room on the beach but this eased as the days went past, although we didn't spend much time on the beach as patio area is huge and very much a sun trap. I agree with the review about needing a sun shade, in the afternoon there is no shade at all and we had to go inside to cool down. Barbecue also a good idea, but as the lift only goes to floor 6 out of 7 you have to lug shopping and suitcases up 2 sets of steps. Free wi-fi in this day and age should be a given especially as the apartment is not cheap. Brilliant for people watching, pool reasonable, no inflatables except Wednesday when the Hotel it is joined to puts in their own. Would have been nice to have been told the pool is also available to Blau Mar hotel guests as well (get very busy) as the apartment block rooms are also rented out by them. You may be able to access wi-fi from the hotel if you can get code and good enough signal. Close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and beach across the road, easy for buses as they stop right outside and train just around the corner. I got the impression this may be a new rental as there is bits that need doing, i.e.:- more sunbeds (2 supplied but we were only 2) mismatching crockery and lack of. Overall I would recommend as well situated.
