DUE BLOCCHI PER STRADA DI BEALE ... dice tutto. POSIZIONE, POSIZIONE, POSIZIONE. Si ottiene quello che si paga. Ho visto altri confondersi sulla loro posizione, ma sono molto orgoglioso di darti questo indirizzo. Non prendere nemmeno in considerazione un posto a più di pochi isolati da Beale, fidati di me, non ne vale la pena perché pochi isolati fanno una GRANDE differenza nel centro di Memphis. Questo posto è anche a 2 isolati dal fiume Mississippi.
Questa casa a schiera si trova sulla MAIN STREET proprio in Vance Avenue (mappala) ea soli 2 isolati da Beale. Il carrello va proprio di fronte a questo posto così come le carrozze trainate da cavalli. Questa nuova e lussuosa residenza di 2800 mq ha un'atmosfera colorata e divertente. Dispone di 5 camere da letto, una è un passaggio. Questo posto ha un vialetto recintato che conduce al garage per 2 auto. Possiedo queste tre case a schiera di fila se hai un gruppo molto numeroso.
Adorerai anche le lenzuola e gli asciugamani di alta qualità. NON vorrai andartene.

Location to Beale is great. Had we know how horrible South Main Street was, we would have chosen a different location and forgotten South Main. Good luck on the sale of the property .

Property was as described. Common room is a bit small for a large group but manageable. Great location near Beale and FedEx for games. Main St is hit or miss as many storefronts are abandoned but there are great spots scattered throughout. Street noise was a major issue on Saturday night though that’s not the owners fault.

Went to memphis with friends and family to watch our son play a high-school basketball game at memphis stadium. Chose this very nice, clean, and well kept home for our stay. Very happy with it. Will definitely rent this place again when we go back during the WARMER times...lol

My overall stay was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the house. A few minor things to fix but overall nice home
Few things:
Probably need a new washer machine. The current one doesn’t spin out well at all. Clothes were supper soaked and tend to leave a sour smell (most blankets and towels were like this). The mosquitos in the front are atrocious. I would recommend getting some pest treatments or something to cut down the amount of mosquitoes that are present!!

We were looking for something close to Beale street and this fit the bill. Walking distance to many restaurants. The only real issue we faced was the weekend night noise outside well into the late night (til about 4am). Otherwise fine!

This townhouse was a great property and centrally located - almost everything in downtown Memphis is in walking distance to the place. We felt very safe and secure. However this is not an accessible stay as all bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Additionally there are many bars and clubs nearby. Expect a lot of noise on the weekends late into the morning.

You can't get a better location for Memphis sightseeing. The townhouse was on the same block as several historical buildings, right between famous Beale St and the Civil Rights museum and walking distance to so many places of interest. With Location you also have the sounds of the city like the fire trucks from the station down the block and an occasional unruly group walking down the street. It does have a lot of stairs, including all the bedrooms being on the second and third floor. The beds were firm so if you prefer a soft bed, that could be an issue. There was plenty of comfy seating for our party of 6. The building is old but had several updates; it is very colorful as shown in the pictures. Internet connectivity was sufficient, but the tv did have limited channels. All in all, I would stay here again.

Location...Location...Location. Felt safe walking around the neighborhood and plenty of good restaurants and historic attractions nearby. Just nice not having to get into the car to see something. Folks could come and go as they please. Plenty of room for 5. I received a thumbs up from my buddies for picking this place. You're in downtown so don't expect a quiet suburban street. Part of the charm. Our thanks to the host!

Cool retro type building. Would work well for larger groups. Lots of stairs not well lit. to 3rd level. Kitchen adequate minus pans. Trolley right by front door. Nice bar/burger place across the street and breakfast place on corner.

Perfect location. Gorgeous stained glass windows. Quick replies. Some elements were shared that were not as clean as we had expected, and they offered to fix while we were there, but we declined for various reasons, one being it was just plain inconvenient. We were immediately told we should've told them upon arrival so, as they said, we could've found a different place and just gotten refunded. The bigger issue that arose from letting them know about some things like missing tp holder, dirty rugs, drawers, floors, and microwave, etc, was the way it was handled. At first, communicating was respectful and apologetic, but it took a turn. After sending photos as requested, it was downplayed we were complaining about nothing and was recommended that we just check out early and get a refund for days we didn't stay. I had my mom and daughter with me, so we didn't, to avoid the inconvenience of finding another place to stay for the remainder of our family trip. He assured me there were several open places we could go and asked us to check out again, as this didn't seem like the right fit for us.

Since reviews are important to me I wanted to share that if anyone in your group has difficulty with stairs this place is not for you. The location is great and was perfect for my husband and siblings but I didn't notice or pay attention to comments on the stairs. You enter through the garage and climb 20 stairs to the kitchen. The first set of bedrooms are accessed from stairs, a landing and additional stairs. The remaining bedrooms and bathroom are located on the third floor of stairs.
We plan on staying here on our next visit because the price and location is excellent. My parents used to vacation with us so I wanted others to know about the stairs because it would have been a problem if our parents had been with us.

This property is in the perfect location, it is a short walk to everything that you would want to do in Memphis. It is just a couple blocks from Beale Street in one direction and a couple blocks from the civil rights museum in the other direction. You are also within walking distance of the sports venues and the Peabody hotel. Owner is great to work with and quick with his communication. You can’t go wrong with this property!

Great Memphis Weekend
The property was just as described. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Being on Main Street offered the opportunity to feel the night time Memphis energy.
Just a couple of blocks from Beale st and great location for walking or taking the street car.
Would stay there again!

Perfectly Amazing
This is the perfect location, super clean, great common areas and great quiet hideaways nooks. We loved the bright vibrant colors. Kitchen had everything you could think of. Very nice bedrooms and bathrooms with a great half bath downstairs. A 2 car garage large enough for 4 cars. Great people watching front porch.
The property manager responses were as quick as auto reply regarding all of our questions.
I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Memphis!

We had a great time! This place is in the perfect place to explore. We walked and rode the trolley everywhere. The house has tons of character. We loved having a garage for our cars. Perfect first time Memphis experience.

Just as Advertised
Came down to Memphis with a group of buddies to enjoy the downtown festivals. Cleanest rental I've had, location is perfect for the dining and bar scene. On Main St with plenty of great local establishments. Only a 5 min walk to Beale St where the party is at. Or take the trolley literally outside the front door.

This place was great and exactly as advertised. An excellent location in downtown in easy walking distance to Beale St. The owner was very responsive and the instructions were clear. The only negative was traffic noise, but considering the location should be expected and not a fault of the property itself. The garage is a level below the main level so this should be considered if someone has trouble with stairs. Thanks for an awesome experience!

Great spot for downtown Memphis. Close to Beale street, very clean,lots of room. Lots of stairs if you’re not very mobile but it was fine for us. Would stay there again.

Seriously, the location can't be beat. Less than three blocks to Beale St., three blocks to the river, three blocks to the National Civil Rights Museum, two blocks to the Old Dominick Distillery, plenty of nearby restaurants, including a great breakfast place across the street - about as good as it gets.

Superb location and roomy property
We had a group of nine gather here for my retirement weekend and could not have been happier. The place was clean, well appointed and as advertised. For those wanting to be steps from Beale St and many good restaurants, this is a great place. Sharon was very responsive to all our questions and made sure we were happy. Would rent again.

Girls Getaway
Our group consisted of five retired school teachers. The location of the rental was excellent. Walking distance to restaurants and many sights. We felt safe and secure. The property met all our expectations.

Memphis stay
The property is in a great location for walking distance to a lot of the Memphis attractions and it was nice to be able to walk to Beale Street along with the restaurant across the street has amazing food. The communication was good and it was nice to have a locked gate along with the garage to park our bike in. The only issue we had with the unit was the decks and baths could be a little cleaner, we addressed the issues and they reassured us they would take care of the problem areas immediately. We would stay here again.

This place was so convenient to so many things. We ended up walking to everything we did, including eating, museums, Beale St. and even Redbirds Ball Park. We felt very safe in the neighborhood, and the little bar across the street, the Green Beetle, was quaint little spot for a meal or just drinks. The place itself, is a very nicely modernized old 3 story brick row house. Well funished and comfortable, with a garage inside a gated area to park your car.
