My group of friends and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. The beds were comfortable. The place was clean. The amenities were top-notch, and the communication with the host was seamless.

Our stay was perfect! The place was clean and had a great layout for a small group. We were able to walk to restaurants and activities. Loved the rooftop for morning coffee and views of the city.

This property was in a great location, beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The property was stocked with everything we needed, and the hosts were incredibly kind, accommodating, and communicative. I look forward to returning!!

The condo provided everything we needed. The space was nice for our group of 6 ladies. I’d suggest providing kitchen towels for wash and drying. We ended up using the bath towels. I’d return if the need arises!

This house was just right for us in that everyone had their own space! We loved the accommodations and the neighborhood! The upstairs deck is so pretty and peaceful! Management was very responsive and we all had a great weekend.

We had 8 girls at the property for a friend reunion/wedding party and the property was absolutely perfect! The location was just right, the beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen had absolutely everything you would need. The first night was perfect for relaxing on the highest balcony with a beautiful view. The living space was also super cozy for hanging out. The host was very communicative and helpful. I would say 8 people was definitely the most comfortable where we each had a spot in a bed. The 2 king beds we had 2 girls in each. We loved our stay.

Had everything anyone would need, or want. My only suggestion even a small tv in every bedroom.

We had a fantastic stay as a group of college friends celebrating a long overdue reunion. The home was perfect - beautiful, comfortable, well appointed. The host was incredibly responsive (above and beyond) to any questions/needs. Highly recommend!!

Great Location.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cary's spot! The place was spotless and had lots of space for us. Location is perfect. It rained all weekend so we couldn't enjoy the patios, but everything else was a dream. Would definitely book again!

We had 10 girls staying for a bachelorette and had an amazing experience! We're in our 30s and appreciated the number of NICE and COMFORTABLE beds/bedrooms available to us. The kitchen was also stocked with all cooking/cleaning supplies that you could need. Bathroom/bedrooms were fully stocked with sheets and linens too, and we only were asked to take out the trash before we left. Could not have gone smoother/easier. Thanks for the great trip!

The entire experience was great. We had to change our weekends and the host responded right away. They were very accommodating and we loved the property. Definitely recommend!

From the get go, Cory the Property Manager was very engaged and helpful. He provided us a list of places that locals enjoyed and actually got us reservations at Maple and Ash (3rd floor dining room). An absolutely phenomenal steak house with a good menu of fish as well (we had a pescatarian in our group. The property was clean and well kept with great appliances (including a Keurig and Ariston Espresso machine. We will be staying here again when we head back to Chicago. If we could give it more than 5 stars we would.

What a weekend what a place! The house was perfect, the owners of the house were amazing! Great communication back and forth, asked us if we needed anything while we were there, great experience! Looking forward to renting from the same people in the future!

Colleagues and I had the best time staying in this great townhome while attending a conference. It was comfortable with great communal spaces and enough bathrooms for everyone. The hosts were wonderful. There was a food store right around the corner, a great breakfast place (Stax) and it was a 30 minute walk to our meeting.

I organized my sisters bachelorette party weekend in Chicago (10 of us) and the vrbo space, location, size and set up was great. We all had very comfortable sleeping accommodations and we spent our first night hanging out all together in the living room area and kitchen and it was so open and comfy and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Lots of kitchen supplies. The only things we had small issues with were not knowing that parking for more than 1-2 cars is a bit tricky, and we needed parking passes for a couple cars - since there Is a street with free parking but over the weekend it was fully parked up and we had 4 cars. The hosts had left us one 24 hour parking permit parking pass. I did not communicate how many vehicles we would need to park ahead of time, so this was also my bad, and once I asked about it, the host brought over more parking passes. But it would have been good to have a better picture of the parking situation for weekends. The other thing was that the shower in the ensuite bathroom had a shower head that pointed straight at the door and you couldn’t adjust it, so turning on the shower to warm the water, it sprayed out the door - and you had to get in the very tight small shower, close the door, and be under the cold water as it warmed up to avoid spraying the bathroom. Not a huge deal - just something to be aware of. The host was super easy to communicate with and very responsive. All in all we had a great time and loved this vrbo.

My friends and I had an amazing time staying here. This house is beautiful with lots of high-end amenities and very comfortable beds. We received immediate communication prior to and upon our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. We wanted to stay close to Fulton Market and the downtown area and this spot is in a great location central to everywhere we wanted to go (mostly tourist spots). We loved our experience and would stay here next time!

Excellent property for a wedding weekend and a family of 8.

The property was beautiful - PLENTY of space for our group of 9 people - safe area and love that there was a parking spot, very easy and prompt communication with the property manager, great location (easy 5-10 minute drive or Uber into city center). Was everything we needed and more!

This house is great for a big group of people. We were in town for the Chicago Marathon and the location was amazing. The blue line was just a few blocks away so we were minutes away from everything downtown. There were 8 of us and we were very comfortable in the house as there was lots of space. It was very clean and absolutely beautiful. It was great to have a place to park my rental car. Alexandra was a wonderful host and was very proactive about making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this wonderful house.

We stayed with a group of 4 couples. The property was perfect to accommodate all of us with plenty of personal space. Walkable to great restaurants.
