受付対応してくれた女性は優しかった
電話対応のおじさんまじで態度悪い。わたしたちにも対応良くなかったけど外人さんに対して冷たすぎる。簡単な英語くらい学ぶべき。対応悪すぎて旦那が電話変わって外人さんに対応しました。安いけどこの宿はおすすめできません

館内とても清潔。キッチンの飲み物が無料で、ポットなども使えた。
露天風呂がひのきで、素敵だった。入湯料も安い!100年経つ建物の、しつらえが風情があり、部屋も落ち着く雰囲気。
スタッフの女性が、館内の説明を一生懸命、丁寧にしてくれた。気づかずにいた忘れ物を翌日連絡してくださり、とても親切。
部屋が寒い。毛布が欲しかった。隣りの部屋と壁が薄くてお互いの声がよく聞こえる。寝られないほどではなかったが。
露天風呂の追加で入れる蛇口のお湯が、水からお湯に変わるまで時間がかかり、寒かった(T_T)お湯が出るまでの間は、湯船の外に、蛇口から水を流せるようにしてほしい。とても落ち着くお風呂なだけに、そこが残念。
廊下にもエアコンがついていたらいいのに。

特に思い付かない
とても寒かった、風邪を引いたくらい寒かった
スタッフの応対で、今回程不快で腹立たしい思いをしたことはない
まず、こちらの話を一つも聞かない上、施設のルール等の決まり事を守るよう強く要求してくるのに質問は受け付けてもらえなかった
そして館内が外気と同じ温度だったという事がありえない
宿泊した日は、最低気温が２℃という寒さであったのに、自分に割り当てられた部屋以外は暖房が全くかかっていなかった
何故こんなに寒いのかと、ふと廊下にある窓を見たら網戸にしてあり全開になっていた
こんな環境では風邪を引いてしまうと思い、急遽別に宿を取って、こちらには宿泊せずに退去した程、それ程寒かった
施設内がこんな環境だと事前に知っていたら、絶対に選ばなかった

露天風呂がかけ流しで最高でした。
トイレも各部屋にはないが、清潔感があり、ウォシュレットでした。
セルフチェックインのシステムがわかりにくい。
駐車場の位置を電話で案内してくださるのですが、その地図がハウスのフロントに置いてあり、狭い道（すれ違えない）に路駐を求められます。
車を置きっぱなしの状態でハウスのシステムなどを説明、部屋まで案内されるのでそわそわ…
館内は至る所に張り紙、説明、説明。
向こう３年分くらいの量の張り紙を拝見しました…。ちょっとウンザリ。
私も同行者もハウスダストアレルギーがあります。寝具は清潔に感じましたが建物が古いからか、宿泊の翌日には鼻水、くしゃみが止まらず同行者は数年ぶりに喘息症状が出ました。
アレルギー持ちの方はお気をつけください。

温泉は貸し切りで湯量豊富、静かでとても良かった。
歯ブラシ、フェイスタオル、自炊のゴミ出しは無料にして欲しい。

In overall, very Japanese home feeling, the open bath was great and the homie feeling from the living place exist
There is a lot of bugs and sometimes feel abit too old for the house and maybe its due to it being summer but a lot of spider webs too and sometimes might feel abit more on the unclean side

property was clean and well looked after. location is good (note it is in a hilly area with stairs)
did not realize we would have to pay the 300yen per night for the outside bath, assumed that was included and had no choice to pay even when we said we wouldn’t use it. not sure if I just didn’t read that part when booking.

friendly staff but they don’t speak English.
my pillow had a funny smell.
and the room was a bit dusty. it made my allergies act up. I couldn’t stop sneezing as long as I was there. also, the walls are very thin and we couldn’t sleep well because of the noisy next door guests.
another thing I didn’t like is that the amenities aren’t included in the room price. they asked for ¥100 to use a towel and the same for toothbrushes. they even asked for a fee for taking out the garbage.

it is an ok place, it was clean
the address in booking.com was 1 km off the real location. the house was dark, no lights even though I was announced to come, only a small info n Kanji at the gate, not even the name in roman letters, impossible to identify if you do not read Kanji !!! the outside onsen looked nice, only cold water came. no use at all!
