friendly helpful host...excellent cooked breakfast included in price...lovely comfortable room/bed/decor...beautifully well kept house...close to Poole. famous Harbour Town.....lots of food (eating) shops close by Guest House and a Pub with meals...and a Lidl store just up road...friendly other guests staying at Guest House which made such a friendly atmosphere at breakfast...great conversations...Many Thank yous to host...a big thumbs up from Jim and Susan

Great location, close to shops etc very comfortable and very welcoming. Flexible about breakfast, as I had to leave early they made sure I had some cereal and coffee in my room for the morning.
Parking a little tight but manageable. Nothing more to say really but Booking.com needs a minimum number of characters.

The breakfast was really lovely: full English and very tasty. Really enjoyed sitting round a table with other guests and chatting - great start to the day.

Excellent location, A short walk into town. Off street parking at the B&B. Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Our room was very comfortable and clean with a private bathroom. I would definitely return and highly recommend the San Michele.

Very friendly hosts, excellent breakfast.
Oil burners or similar were somewhat overpowering, particularly in the room. Easily enough removed, but took a while to dissipate, and they were in the hallway too. Not the most comfortable of beds, struggled to sleep.

Perfect location just a short walk to Poole Quay, Lovely cooked breakfast with an Irish twist, Fantastic hosts a super friendly couple.The room was spotless with a very comfy bed. We are already planning our next visit.

The breakfast was amazing, the hosts were absolutely superb. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless. A short 15 minute walk to Poole quay
If I was to be ultra critical the stairs were very steep and narrow to our room, but didn't affect our loving of the property at all and pretty sure no way that the hosts could do anything about.

Our hosts, Stafford and Karen, were warm, welcoming and interested in us as people as well as guests. Breakfasts were tasty and the breakfast seating allowed us to meet our fellow guests and share experiences.

A bit of road noise due to the room (single) being at the front of the house along a fairly busy road, and an imperfect seal to the double glazed window.
