The place is comfortable, the rooms are spacious. Place provide facility like washing machine, dryer and fridge

The place is wonderful but it can be better. I hope the owner will fix the broken lights at the living room, kitchen and balcony for the next customers. The living room didnt get much light from the outside so we feel suffocated and a bit frustrated when the living room is gloomy. and the owner is aware about this too. hope you can fix it very soon. thank you

Mr leslie the owner were very helpful. He guide the guest very good and i understand all the info he provided. Shopping mall just below the Suites. Drying machine. Swimming pool. Security very helpful.

We stayed in A1309 unit: 1. Sliding door lock at balcony is not functioning. Maybe the lock clip is broken. Level 13 should be secure,no thief want to take risk climbing to that balcony. 2. There are cockroaches and ants at kitchen area. The wall tile and tile inside the bathroom is not clean, many yellowish and grey stain on it. The cleaner must clean all the surface area perfectly. I think the bathroom need ventilation@ blower unit because the 2nd bathroom to smelly until i have to spray with perfume to get rid unpleasant odors. 3. In the living room, only 2 lamp funtioning and causing living room to dim,and please repair it before your customer check in. Last day 2nd bathroom the light suddenly went out and its to dark. 4. No cupboard or make up mirror in all room only 1 at the living room. 5. Kichen sink black stain and looks dirty, no dishwasher provided and the kettle was leaking.

In the vivacity shopping mall

A sudden changed of unit causing some of us have to sleep on the floor and replacing unit is much more smaller than we booked and quite dirty and the blankets is really dirty and dusty. They got changed another blankets while we complaint.

It's super convenient as the mall is at the bottom. Loved the washing machine and dryer machine.

I wished the owner provided at least a pan or a sauce pan to cook. They was only a large ikea pot available. Other than that the bathroom needs a little fixing as it's begining to run down like a make shift pipe from the sink and also the damp smell coming from the bathroom.

Apartment is very clean, comfortable… everything is value for money😍 recommended for family.

The unit provides all the amenities we needed and was sparkling clean upon check in. And Leslie has been very accommodating and helpful throughout our check in/out and entire stay.
