a nice family stay

great location, friendly service, pool area a nice size, good spot for family/friends

run down- needs lots of maintenance, two bedrooms had toilet issues and one room smelt very bad the entire time we were there, mosquitos were bad, more pool deck chairs are needed

a lot to be desired.

the property is large and has a lot of space for a bigger group to enjoy. the staff were also extremely nice, even though their English is very very limited and they are terribly clueless when asked anything.

Where do we start? The villa is full of potential, however, it needs major improvements, repairs and is hazardous in some areas, such as broken stairs, broken decking. Many of the light fittings were not working. During our 3 days stay we had no hot water in our en-suite bathrooms. We had to tell management to clean the pool as we couldn’t see the bottom , the water was very cloudy because of the algae. Overall: The villa was in a very poor state on arrival. Regardless, the staff were lovely but they are not trained and don’t speak English. They tried their very best and were very nice, it’s upsetting that management put them in such a situation. Poor management indeed. The breakfast was included but we did avoid at all cost after day one, it was the worst we had on our 10 day trip. The staff was smoking in the little room behind the kitchen, which made the kitchen and dining room reek of cigarettes. This villa could be a dream place to stay but it is definitely not suitable for rental until they fix it up. On a good note, the beds were very comfortable, air con was working, and the pool, once clean, was a delight.

great Villa, great staff and great location

this property is huge, we thought we were at reception… but nope it was one of 3 outdoor lounge areas! all bedrooms had their own ensuite. staff were amazing

a little maintenance is required but overall this doesn’t affect the stay itself

Our 6 night stay was great and the Villa was easy to stay in and enjoy.

We were a family of 12 and we booked out the 6 rooms in the villa. The location was great and the kids loved the pool.

Some areas of the villa needed some maintenance, but the staff there were great.

Superb

Very big villa, beautiful architecture and a very big private pool! Good breakfast and the whole day free drinking water!

Great Villa for the family, but.....

Great setup, big pool, perfect for a big extended family holiday like ours. Staff are terrific, will help you out with anything you want or will keep out of your way if you're happy to do your own thing.

Unfortunately the Villa is showing a lack of maintenance that really affected our experience. We lost the use of two of the best rooms due to issues with the plumbing and air conditioning, and when you're up close to everything you begin to notice a lot of things have been neglected to the point of requiring a major refurbishment. Having said that, if these things were attended to, I would have no hesitation in staying there again. I know all of Bali is hurting at the moment and I don't want to kick anyone there while they're down, but I have to be honest to the people considering staying here too.

Hard to give an honest review. Some to like, some to dislike

Spacious, modern, nice pool, very comfortable beds. The villa itself is beautiful. Nice and polite staff who honestly want to be super helpful.

When we were there for a night to have our friends enjoy a villa in private, it was unexpected, imposing and uncomfortable to have the villa manage and staff wait on us and not allow us privacy. It was mentioned to me afterward because of the current protocols and sure enough a government official came at night to inspect our party, but had we known of the requirement we would have looked elsewhere. I felt the communication was poor around that. Also, the villa is charged by the number of rooms being used, and it ends up being very costly to have the entire villa that can’t even be fully private. It was already costly as it is. I understand it may be a unique time during Covid that this is happening, but I was not happy with the situation. My suggestion for the management is to be clear and upfront about the guests’ expectations when booking the villa, especially as the regulatory situation evolves.

A wonderful place to unwind and start your adventure in Bali

We loved the location - only 200m from the beach and close to lots of nice shops and restaurants, we also loved the privacy of the house and the enchanting garden

The breakfasts were uninspired and I didn't like the feeling that the kitchen was not really our domain - plus if I'd wanted to cook there the pans etc were very poor compared to the quality of the villa overall
