Schöne Ferienwohnung, aber mit Einschränkungen

Schöne Lage, Parkplätze vor der Tür, Einchecken jeder Zeit über Schlüsselsafe mit Code möglich, Wohnung war sehr sauber, Spülmaschine, Küchengeräte, Waschmaschine vorhanden, alles recht neu und in sehr gutem Zustand, nette "Hausdame" ;-)

Kein einziger Kleiderschrank vorhanden (wir lebten aus den Koffern); die Schlafcouch ist eine Folterbank und zum Schlafen nicht geeignet (sehr hart und unebene Liegefläche); viele recht niedrige Dachschrägen; Küchentisch und Stühle standen ungünstig (man konnte die Küchenschränke und die Spülmaschine nur öffnen, wenn der Tisch jedes Mal verschoben wurde)

Für Familien nicht geeignet

W-Lan hat gut funktioniert, Badezimmer war sauber, ruhige Lage (man kann gut bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen), Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett

Schlüsselübergabe per Tresor ist missglückt, falscher Code wurde geschickt - Vermieter war nicht erreichbar (eine Bewohnerin hat die Putzfrau angerufen und den richtigen Code erhalten) Küche absolut beengend, nicht sauber (Öl auf Backblech vorhanden) Maximalbelegung von 5 Erwachsenen wäre katastrophal (die drei Einzelbetten sind dreckige und unbequeme Schlafsofas, welche sich im Wohnzimmer befinden) Wohnzimmer und (offene) Küche lassen sich nicht abdunkeln, sind aber als Schlafplatz gedacht Die Wohnung muss besenrein verlassen werden, das scheint in vielen Räumen auch die einzige Putzmaßnahme zu sein (Sand und Staub überall), Badewanne vorhanden, jedoch keine Schutzmaßnahme vor Spritzwasser beim duschen ( hier muss im sitzen geduscht werden) Kein Duschvorleger vorhanden, allgemein kaum Möglichkeiten die nassen Handtücher aufzuhängen Die angezeigten Bilder stellen verschiedene Wohnungen dar, man weiß nicht was man bekommt und was zusammen gehört.

it was nice, clean and cosy, retro style and suitable for 2 person vacation, near the railway, near are 2 grocery store

appartment was nice and cosy. it was clean, and tidy. it is located away from the streets, it’s quiet and 3 min walk from the railroad station. it is well equipped, old/modern style

it is located on top flor, it has no air conditioning, to keep us cool during hot day( and it was still not the hottest days), we opened all the roof windows, witch made a nice breeze, but it didn’t cool down, and all the flies and flying pests came inside. windows has no protection net, and no blindes, besides the bathroom and sleeping room. so the sun warms up the flor, it is hot. and the worst is sofa bed. this sofa bed was definitely not made for sleeping more than 1 day. it is rock hard, not even hight where it foldes….definitely not for sleeping. for 1 night emergency ok, but for a week stay….no.

Great apartment for enjoying Berlin while finding some rest as well.

Beds were outstanding, facilities good and the location a small cozy village that still had 3 supermarkets. Train station was around the corner with 1 train every hour directly to Berlin Ostkreuz

No issue for us but if someone is over 2 meters tall the slanted roof might give issues. The appartment is a top multiple flight of stairs so people with bad mobilty will have issues accessing it as well.

Great attic appartments, rude neighbors

Beds were extremely comfortable. Apartments were clean and comfortable.

The neighbors were extremely rude. They started yelling at us before we even had our trunk open. Also yelled at our kids for playing outside. There was a tub with a shower head in it. Showering was extremely difficult because of the roof.

good value stay and interior. lack of curtains made for an uncomfortable nights sleep

good interior and comfortable beds and sofas. tv and wifi worked.

no curtains so privacy and light in the morning made it a bad night sleep. should be advertised. difficult to shower.
