The apartment is very spacious ,including large parking , five minutes by car to Quebec old city. Although it is located on main road with tracks etc, the windows blocks any noise, and it is quite. The apartment is very well equipped with all you need in the washrooms and in the kitchen.

The hosts left a welcome sign with chocolates and filtered water, which we thought was very thoughtful of them. The apartment is very clean, and it's exactly like in the pictures. They also had a binder with instructions for the apartment. The binder also had information on restaurants. Before we even got to the apartment, they had sent a link with information on what to do in Quebec. Everything was very thoughtful, and we greatly appreciated it. The location is wonderful. There are several trendy cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby. We walked to the old town and back; it's about a 30-minute walk to get there. There is also a park nearby which we went and walked through it the very first day.
There was nothing that we disliked about our stay here. Everything was wonderful.

the facilities (washer, dryer, kitchen/cooking equipment) were well planned and appropriately useful. Access to parking and gym was simple and bedrooms were very comfortable. The hosts were easily accessible and extremely helpful with suggestions on travel and dining which allowed us to enjoy what the city had to offer.
The noise from heavy vehicle traffic was excessive during the early morning hours as the business days began. Heavy traffic was minimal on weekend and Holiday Monday. An apartment in the rear of the building would eliminate this problem.

The bnb was bright and airy and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of storage space. There were very good restaurants within walking distance.

Spacious and beautifully presented apartment with superb facilities for a family of four. The location is within a short drive (30 min walk) of Old Quebec City and the local neighbourhood had a lovely bakery/cafe for breakfast and various good restaurants for dinner. The roof terrace was a lovely spot for an evening drink and relax after a day of exploring the city. The owners provided lots of information and were incredibly helpful. Would recommend and stay there again.

We loved the balcony off the bedroom. The condo had everything we needed. Kitchen was wonderful (all appliances were excellent). Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for a family of five!

Ana was amazing and on top of things. All the info for check in and checkout was easy to follow and detailed. she was very helpful in also giving suggestions for things to as well. the place was super clean and nice and up to date. very accurate in the description and pictures.

Property was sparkling clean and had a pleasant stay. Very close to downtown and restaurants. check in was an amazing experience. Ana is super prompt and always responded quickly to our messages. overall it was an amazing experience.
Mattresses are two soft, at least for those who have back pain issues. My personal opinion, one of the two bedrooms must have orthopaedic/firm mattress, so that if someone has back pain issues can relax in the room with firm mattress. Except this everything was awesome!!

Excellent location, walking distance to Old Quebec City and the river. Grocery Shops nearby meant we didn’t have to drive anywhere. The private underground parking was a bonus. The hosts were so helpful. They had lots of tourist information already prepared. Also great attention to detail, everything we needed was in the apartment. We had a wonderful stay.

Everything about our stay was amazing. Ana wasost gracious and helpful, the condo was clean, had everything we needed and was in a great location. Lots of thought and care has been put into this rental.

The place is immaculate clean, everything you need or must have forgotten to bring are all there and the owner is very friendly, helpful, informative, responds quickly with inquiries. I highly recommend this place for cleanliness and safety and being close to the center as well

The apartment is clean and airy and has a good layout for a family. It is well-stocked with all the necessities, and the location is very central. The host is very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed staying there.

We are a regular travelers and would rate Ana & Lucian's place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a supermarket which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment. We will definitely be back.
