This is a wonderful 2 bedroom condo right on Eagle beach! We were very happy with our stay here! I can only say positive things about our stay. The complex is quiet and has a wonderful pool/courtyard area. It is just a short walk right across the street to Eagle beach. There are 4 chairs, a cooler, and even beach towels provided which helped make the trip easier. The beds are very comfortable and everything was clean which was very important to me. The owner and property manager were easy to communicate with. We rented a car during our vacation which made exploring the island easier and the complex has easy parking provided. Quick drive to superfoods where we got some snacks and necessities for the week. We cooked breakfast each morning and the kitchen has all you need for simple meals. The balcony is really the best part! I sat out there with my coffee listening to the birds and watching the ocean every morning. Then evening time you can get a great view of the sunset from there as well! We really loved our stay here and if/when we come back in the future I would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Le Vent! The condo was just as described, with more than enough space for our family of 4. Check in with Daniela was very simple and she helped us get settled, showing us around the place. The pool area was very nice—my husband said it’s the cleanest pool he’s ever been to. There were plenty of chairs and also plenty of shade at the beach, and it was surrounded by a very nicely landscaped area. I normally skip the pool for the beach, but this one was nice enough to stay for a bit. The beach is such a short walk, only a few minutes away. Was also able to find shade there, and there are a lot of water activities right there. (Tip for those looking for shade for free - get there early! I went one morning around 7:30 and got a palapa/hut which are first come first serve, but some of the resorts start putting chairs that they rent out around 7:30. A different day we went later and rented an umbrella but bring cash for that.) For anyone going over NYE next year, the fireworks that night are spectacular. Head to the beach or the roof before midnight and you will get quite the show! There are several good restaurants in walking distance (Screaming Eagle was a family favorite) but we also took a trip down to Flying Fishbone for NYE dinner with our feet in the water.

Daniella was an amazing host. She greeted us and made us feel so welcome! She even jelped sith our bags. The security guards for parking your car were always so happy and smiling. We liked how intimate the condo was. No blaating music or dj, light background music at the pool which is plenty big enough. Our daughters who are 9 and 12 really enjoyed themselves and so did we.the beach is truly a short walk and you get a great view of it from the condo balcony. The only thing that could have made the stay better was a wagon to tow all of the things to the beach.beach chairs, sand castle supplies, a cooler, hair dryer, etc everything you need is right there in the unit.The condo is centrally placed on the island so you can drive to various beaches which we did. We'll definitely be staying here again. This pas time was pur 3rd time visiting the island but our first time at Le Vent.

The location, the building and the layout was great. There was a bad storm a few days before we arrived and the place smelled horribly of mildew. It was unbearable. There was a dehumidifier on the kitchen counter draining into the sink when we arrived. The property manager came over to fix the issue and ended up putting a bunch of air freshners around the rooms. The combination of the smell of mildew and the floral air freshners made it hard to stay in the unit. My husband slept on the balcony one night because the smell was so overwhelming. The maintenence man showed up and told my husband he smells it lightly. He put some sort of deodorizer in the unit because the unit smelled like fake flowers again, after we had the property manager remove them. I would rent the unit again, but with the assumption whatever was causing the smell would be fixed. Nice unit, great view, lovely development, but something was very wrong the first few days. The owner was responsive but unfortunately was not there and was relyant on others.

Read all the glowing reviews and then save yourself the time of searching any more and just go ahead and book this unit. The apartment and property overall are immaculate. There are even beach chairs and small cooler for guests to use. Great place on Eagle Beach!

Great property

The property was perfect! All in good shape and clean. The view from the balcony was spectacular. They also provided soap for the dishwasher and laundry which I didn’t see till after I bought my own. The walk to eagle beach was easy and there were always electric scooters at the entrance/exit if you use those.

We had a wonderful week in Aruba and the condo was a big part of the experience. The condo itself was beautiful, spotless, and very well situated on the island. The rental process was easy and communication with Luisa was effortless. The location of the condo on Eagle Beach was great for our group as we things a little quieter but we could still easily get to Palm Beach and the busier parts of the island. We can’t wait to return and would definitely choose this condo again. Thanks Luisa and Daniella.

The property was beautiful and the location perfect - walk to Eagle beach across the street: the balcony was perfect spot to watch the sunset. The owner answered all questions and quick to respond . We will be back!

Thank you, Luisa for making our first trip to Aruba a perfect experience! Daniela met us at the condo at check in and she was just lovely. Daniela walked us to our condo location and we were very impressed with the cleanliness, décor, and comfort. We slept very well on the comfortable beds and the the linens were also lovely. The condo overlooked the pool and the beach - such a wonderful view! Sipping coffee in the morning from the balcony made each morning perfect. Watching the sunset was equally remarkable. The view was just breathtaking and we could not have been happier. We rented a car and shopped at the local grocery store, "Super Foods", enjoyed many restaurants, and drove to a variety of excursions. We plan to stay at Luisa's condo again next spring.

It was our first time in Aruba. The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and few minutes walk to the beach. Luisa provided us with enough towels for our stay, shampoo, dishwasher soap and few tablets for washer, enough toilet paper, beach chairs and a cooler. The Super food store was about 15 minutes walk. Daniela who was managing the place was amazing. We communicated with her regularly and she was always willing to help. I would be happy to return to Aruba and rent the same condo again.

Extremely clean property with a wonderful view of the ocean.

We had such a wonderful first visit to Aruba, and staying at Le Vent was perfection. Luisa's condo is just beautiful, it was immaculate, and is exactly as pictured. Le Vent is in an excellent location, and the property is perfectly maintained. The sunsets (and an A.M. full moon) from the deck were just gorgeous. We split our time between the beach and the pool since we really loved both. Check-in and out were done through security and couldn't have been simpler. We had everything we needed and more. We plan on returning to Aruba and Luisa's condo at Le Vent. Thanks for everything, Luisa!

Great location! Beautiful clean apartment! The property manager Danieal was very responsive and very helpful with two issues (coffee maker and dish washer malfunction). She got everything up and running quickly. The only criticism would be I wish they gave more than 4 beach towels and chairs as we were 5 starting here. Besides that is his apartment has everything you need for a relaxing family friendly vacation. The beach is beautiful, I am hoping to be lucky enough to come back one day.

This newer condo was the perfect vacation stay. Perfect location. Lovely balcony. All the amenities you could want. Communication with the owner was above extraordinary. Would highly recommend it.

My wife and I had a great stay at LeVent. Luisa's unit is on the 4th floor. The security at the complex is excellent. All units have a sunset view and the pool and grounds are world class. Check in and out were simple and quick. The unit is clean, well equipped with kitchen utensils, bathroom sundries and 4 beach chairs. Thank you Luisa.

Beautiful view of the ocean, wonderful pool, well supplied condo for any needs. Free on-site parking. We were very comfortable and on-site manager Daniela was great.

Perfect place, wonderful service!

This 2 bed 2.5 bath on the 4th floor of LeVent Condominium was extremely spacious. The location was ideal for my wife and I as we prefer the quieter area of Eagle Beach. We found everything we needed within walking distance including the Super Foods grocery store which was only 15 minute walk away. We enjoy walking so being only 30 minute walk to Palm Beach and 20 minute walk to Divi Beach we had access to many great restaurants. The beach is located 1/2 block away from the Condo and the free palapas are very close by. The view from the deck was amazing. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. The deck itself was very large and plenty of room and privacy. The condo itself has everything you need from beach chairs to washer and dryer to cooking utensils etc… the communal bbq was also very handy and super clean. Daniella and Luisa were fantastic hosts and any questions we had were addressed immediately. We actually had to adjust our stay by 1 day due to Air Canada booking issues and Luisa was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again! No question!!

We loved our stay at the LeVent condo. Luisa and Daniela were great hosts. The condo is spacious and clean with an unbeatable view of Eagle Beach, especially at sunset. It really exceeded our expectations.

We just returned from a week in Aruba. The condo was nice. The master bedroom has a nice view, but the second bedroom is very small and has a window to the interior hallway. Not much light in that bedroom. That bedroom was a bit disappointing. The beds were not plush, but definitely acceptable. I was surprised that for the price you get 4 rolls of toilet paper for the entire week- no Kleenex in the condo- not a big deal to go buy some, but I would expect it to be there. I asked the condo manager for more, but apparently they didn’t have any. Beware if you lose a plastic key card, they charge you $20. Not sure what that is about.

We would love to stay here again. Location was great, condominium was beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool but we wished it was open a little later in the evening. The view from the living room and primary bedroom is gorgeous. Daniella was very helpful. It was the perfect vacation.

There is a small store onsite with beer, wine, soda, water, fresh coffee, snacks and sandwiches. The pool and landscaping were beautiful. The condo had all the amenities, cookware, towels, etc that you could need. Communication with owner was great! Location is lower key than the high rise area (only a 10 minute drive) but had many food options, casinos and white sand beaches within steps! We would stay here again for sure.

very happy with the apartment. very bright, clean. everything you need is there. the view from the window is gorgeous. Large balcony. there are chairs for the beach. The complex has a gym. Swimming pool, jacuzzi. the beach is gorgeous. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. We were greeted and shown everything. restaurants nearby, Super food grocery store is also within walking distance. The store has a large assortment with quality products
