Super clean in the middle of downtown Banff. We will definitely be back.

Great location with a Roam bus stop at the hotel! The room was clean and our stay was excellent!

Close enough to shops to be easily accessible but far enough away to not be in the thick of things. Room was spacious and meticulously clean. Bus ran from curb right outside the hotel. Underground parking. Restaurant on the premises. Grotto was clean and not too crowded. We had a wonderful stay.

Went for a ski vacation. Great location in Banff, walkable to everything. Staff was very helpful, rooms and common areas kept clean. Would stay again.

Quiet, convenient, clean.

I paid over $800 for 2 nights to stay at a 1 star hotel which is what the fox should be rated at in my opinion. The suits are old, old tvs, wall paper torn, bed sheets are super thin and mattresses are very worn. The high light of this hotel is the cave hot tub... just bring your own towel....they say they supply them but it's a 50/50 chance whether they will have some or not. Oh and don't mind the lights that have been pulled out of the hottub pool walls ....... it's fine and safe apparently. Check in was a disaster, they had one very polite lady who knew what she was doing then 2 other people who had no clue with a line up of frustrated guests because their system went down. The polite lady professionally delt with each customer apologising for the inconvenience the other 2 staff members 1 was working on the computer while the other stood their.and once and a while laughed as the spoke to each other in a language other then English or French . As I was waiting my son asked why this person he was observing was sniffing towels on his cart. It was a member of the room cleaning team deciding which towel was clean and what towel was dirty as they were making up a room. But besides all that the outside of the hotel is beautiful, the logo is fancy and your in banff which is gorgeouse that is all perfectly advertised by them .......the rest is all b.s and not worth what I paid and definitely not a 3 star hotel

The grotto tubs were super cool and probably the main reason I booked this place. And if that's the case for you too, make sure you use it enough to feel that its worth it. The included breakfast at Chilis, which I didn't even expect,, was good enough, but after 4 mornings you're looking for something else for sure. If you are spending most of your day skiing or sightseeing, this place works. If you're doing any work from home business and maybe even just spending your evenings here, you might want to find something more comfortable. The tiny couch in the living room is super uncomfortable/non-functional. The cushions slide forward and slide off and there are no arms to the couch so there's no cozying up to an after dinner movie. The place is walkable to everything in town and has garage parking, which is a bonus. The staff at the hotel was fantastic! Just decide how much time you want to spend in the place itself. If it's not much, then this place is good enough!

Location was great only a short walk to downtown and the staff at the front desk were very helpful. Room service showed up at 9am. We had a smoke detector check around 11am that caught us very off guard. Cleanliness was ok quick wipe downs are done but deep cleans are not.

Place is great. Just far enough away from the busiest part of town. You can walk or take the bus which stops right out front.

Rental experience was easy. The place was very nice with the hot pool, the access to the restaurant in the lobby and easy access to the Roam transit with the free passes included with the place!

This hotel was wonderful. Very, clean, polite staff and amazing hot tub!!

The condo was quiet as it is an end unit. We had no trouble with the stairs, but it may not be a good place for older people who have difficulty managing the steps to get to the bedroom or bathroom.

Grotto hot spring was very nice!

I loved my stay at the Fox Hotel & Suites. Everything was amazing: room, food, hot pools. The employees were super helpful as well. And the free shuttle to Sunshine and Lake Louise is situated right in front of the main lobby. I would come back anytime.

Very convenient and easy. Worth the value

One of the best vacations we have had so far. Although we didn’t spend much time indoors, our accommodations were top notch!

Easy check in and quick walk to downtown. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna too.
