Nancy and Alan were very welcoming and we felt at home at their property. Everything was close by so that was very convenient. Enjoyed our stay at Saratoga.

This home has everything you could possibly need during your stay! The location is absolutely perfect for so many things the Saratoga/Lake George area has to offer. The hosts Nancy and Al are great people and their main priority was making sure we were comfortable and had anything we needed at our fingertips. They welcomed us like we were family and their home made us feel like we were!! We definitely will be back!

We were very happy with virtually everything. The track and downtown Saratoga is less than 6 miles. Great backyard to relax. Quiet neighborhood. Will definitely try to stay here again. Thank you Nancy.

Nancy provided exceptional service. The house was beautiful and had a huge lawn area where we could barbecue and play games. She gave us personalized attention and was always ready to answer any questions. The house had a lot of beds for all of us to comfortably sleep in. We had a great time at this house and will definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful time at this home, which is located in a quiet development just minutes from Saratoga Springs. The property is well kept and has ample sleeping space for 8. We loved the back deck. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful rental with Nancy who was super helpful all of the way through. This property has plenty of rooms / space and was perfect for a weekend at the track (10 minute drive into town). Hope to be back!

Nancy was an excellent host. Upon arrival she met our group and was beyond accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The house was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep as well as a beautiful backyard to hang out. Would definitely book again in the future!

This house was exactly what we needed and an easy (inexpensive) Uber ride to downtown, and the race track. Wonderful caring hosts and we felt right at home. The backyard is great too.

House was great, was everything we needed plus more. Quick drive to the town and very close to the performing arts center. The back yard was awesome! The owners were great very friendly and had the house set up for our party of 8 weekend stay. Would highly recommend this house to anyone!

Came for a weekend getaway bachelorette party! Plenty of sleeping space! Gorgeous back yard. 10-15 minute drive to downtown Saratoga. We had everything we needed and more! Would recommend

Nancy and Alan have a lovely home and are very welcoming. Our group of 8 adults enjoyed their comfy beds and the convenience to downtown, where we saw Shakespeare in Congress Park and to the racetrack, where we spent a lovely Sunday afternoon. They were flexible for meeting us a little earlier than normal check-in time, which was very appreciated. The home is well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The only negative for us was having 3 people with movement issues (all recent hip surgeries) and there are a number of areas of the home which require using steps or which have high thresholds, so I would consider this if members of your group have accessibility/mobility issues. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Nancy was so easy to communicate with and welcomed us into her home right when we arrived. The house is beautiful and has such a comfortable feel to it. Nancy was so very kind to us and offered us anything that we needed. We had four couples and five kids altogether and we had more than enough room. The back yard was beautiful and perfect for us to relax in and for the children to run around in. The kids loved the house just as much as we did! The location was also perfect, close to the state park, the track and plenty more. We truly could not have asked for anything more and hope to make this stay a yearly tradition. This location was the perfect way to visit the Saratoga Springs area. We felt comfortable with all the amenities of home (including Wi-Fi) and a bed for every person. The back porch, backyard and grill kept us busy for hours. The owners were welcoming and provided multiple recommendations for food and fun which were all perfect. The house was just about 15 minutes from downtown making the perfect launching spot for enjoying all of the attractions in the area. It was also around the corner from a big supermarket and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

It's a well located, roomy and very comfortable home. The hosts could not have been nicer and more welcoming. Great back yard for hanging out....highly recommend it!

I visited Nancy's home for a weekend in July to celebrate my 30th birthday. We were a group of 8 people total. The location was close to the Saratoga horse track, about a 15 min cab ride. We did utilize the backyard which was a nice seating area. Nancy was great with communication before and after our check in. Overall a great trip!

This was a great place to stay with more than enough room for 10 people. Nancy greeted us and showed us around the house which exceeded our expectations. Huge backyard with a grill and fire pit, close to downtown and SPAC. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
