The property was clean and very spacious. We had so much fun and a comfortable stay as well. The view is great and there is a lot to do within walking distance. I would definitely recommend to other travelers!

Best Location Best View Good Appartment Good Resort Right on Beach Close to restaurants Not far from FLL Airport

It had plenty of space for two families plus the central location near the beach that we wanted! The appliances (knives, toaster, blender, etc) were a bit on the inexpensive side so it was a little tough to prepare some dishes we wanted to but we made do with what we had, which was still a pretty stocked up kitchen. The master bedroom was a little stuffy as well but spacious and cute with a mini kitchenette. Overall, we were pretty satisfied with this facility and would recommmend it!

Great location with a short walk to the beach. Located near yummy restaurants and was near the trolley stops if you want to visit las olas. The room was much more spacious than the photos show. Wonderful stay and amazing price. The live music by the pool was really nice. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

This is my second time staying here and just like the last time it was a great stay. The location was great and the weather was perfect. The stay was during college spring break time so the hallways did get a little loud at times at night but the resort did a great job of making sure these people stay quite and I didn’t have too many problems with that. I made friends with one of the housekeepers, Avon and she was great! She made sure each day if she saw me to ask if there was anything we needed in our room. One of the guests in my room got sick and she offered to get a roll away bed so that no one had to share a bed with him and risk getting sick! She went over the top each and every day to make sure we had a great stay and never had to worry about anything except getting a nice tan! Over all this place is great! There many bigger and newer resorts in Fort Lauderdale but I think it’s a little quieter here and a little farther away from all the busy beaches. It makes the stay more relaxing and it’s like a little home away from home.

Never stayed in Fort Lauderdale and I'm so very happy I did. I got lucky with this choice. This is a very clean, and nice, place to stay at if you are in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. It's an older property, but it has been remodeled so the units are modern and bright. It is also in a great location, only 1 short block to the beach! The front desk staff was helpful and welcoming. In the middle of our stay, the towels were changed out for us and trash was taken out. The only things which could be better are the pool (it's a little small) and the elevators (there are only 2 but they are fast). This place is also close to many stores and restaurants, and is right in the main area of Ft. Lauderdale. Highly recommended. I would stay here again if I am in the area.

This was a great find for us. I'm a neat freak and the condo was very clean and in good shape. Lots of space -- 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. A pull out couch and a pull down bed in the living room. The location is excellent and very convenient -- stores, restaurants, water taxi, trolley. It's basically across from the beach, just a one minute walk down a short street. Felt very safe and welcomed. The staff at the desk was helpful. I appreciated the business center, poolside bar, sun deck and hot tub. We enjoyed it so much, we decided to stay another week. So we called Chris and he easily set us up for a second week. Thank you for the great experience. We hope to come back next year.

While the view and location were excellent, the unit left much to be desired. Not only were the accommodations extremely dated, but the carpet was sticky and badly soiled, paint was peeling in the shower, and the bathroom light fixture was totally rusted. When my friend dropped her earring and it rolled under the chest, she pulled out dustballs. Often when the water was turned on, a high-pitched squeal was emitted, which was very disturbing at night. On top of that, the staff working in the hall was extremely noisy - their radios blasting so I could hear the messages all the way down the hall, and their laughter and conversations so loud, I could not take an afternoon nap. But the worst offense was the presence of roaches - dead and alive - in the kitchen (even though all food was contained in plastic bags.) We pulled out the refrigerator to capture one of the offenders, only to reveal remnants of many other roaches. I contacted the front desk, and someone did come to spray the next day, but despite the noxious odor, more roaches were crawling in the kitchen the next day. We threw away garbage every day and kept the lights on in the kitchen the rest of the visit, but were very disappointed with the cleanliness of our accommodations.

This room is clean, spacious, and perfectly located! It sleep 8 people comfortably, is one block from the beach, 10 minute walk to Publix, and a short Uber ride from night life. The kitchen is well stocked and the employees are very nice. We had no complaints during our stay!

This was a terrific getaway to the beach. Check in was a breeze, the staff so very pleasant. The room had a fantastic view of the ocean. It was comfortable, spacious and very clean. We felt sad we had only booked for a short time and could not stay longer as this place is such an ideal place for a getaway.

My 6 friends and I recently stayed here and had a wonderful time. The condo and facilities are clean and pictures are accurate. Perfect location to the beach (very quick walk down the block) and short car ride to Las Olas Blvd which has shopping & nightlife. Our only complaint was our week of rain, but still very happy with our accommodations! Would definitely stay here again.

Could not have asked for more with the location. Beach is one block away. Walk out the doors of the lobby, down the street - and there you are. Along that street you have a surf shop, ice cream shop, a couple bars, a pizza place, as well as a Subway and a mediterranean place (so yummy - at there twice). Go the other direction you have a great authentic Italian restaurant. The condo is by no means anything over the top. Simple, you get what you pay for. There is one large kitchen, and a smaller one attached to the master bedroom (we did not use it, but others might fight it useful). You get great views of the sunset, and the large window in the living room has views of the beach. The pool was nice and simple. Was out there one day during music trivia which was fun. Had drinks at the bar a couple times, all drinks are no more than 5 dollars. The hot tub was nice to use at night. My ONLY complaint about out stay.... being bugged to go to the "voyager" presentation. My husband, not knowing what was going on, gave the lady 20.00 to reserve a spot (because we were tired and just wanted to get to the room after check in). He then went back, said we were not interested, and he got his money back. But, we were called 2 times after in our room to see if we wanted to go. I guess we should get used to this when staying in condos, but it just bugs me. Overall, a great stay and if we make it back to FLL we might just stay again!

The condo itself was nice and clean. Actually we got to see 2 different ones in a 4 day/3 night stay. I was informed at check in that we had to move condos for the 3rd night. That was quite inconvenient for 4 girls on a short girls' weekend. When I tried to contact Chris about this issue I did not hear a word from him. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I will have a hard time recommending this property, at least through this manager, to anyone. Lacks customer service.

This condo is clean and neat. The location is great and it provided everything we needed for our stay with six people. The beach is very close by and you can walk everywhere else you need to go. I will definitely go back. Sometimes the elevators are slow but I can deal with that.

We had a great stay! The general feel is that this an older person's community, but we loved it! We had 3 young children with us and it was perfect. It was quiet, clean, and we loved that everything we needed was in walking distance. Everyone there, staff and other people staying there, were very nice and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

I was extremely pleased with the condo rental and the resort during my stay. Pleasantly surprised by how spacious and clean the place was. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook a family dinner. We had a great time being at the pool. My wife and I enjoyed some frozen drinks at the poolside bar and they even make smoothies for the kids too. The beach was a very short walk away. Really great Italian restaurant nearby called Franco and Vinny's. We also loved the ice cream shop nearby and there was a good pizzeria within walking distance too. Looking forward to booking for next year for another relaxing escape!!

The resort staff was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed 4th of July weekend and when we arrived on Thursday the elevator was being repaired so the other elevator in the lobby was a little backed up. The staff pointed us to the service elevator and it did the trick. No more waiting. Elevator was fixed shortly after and things got better. The 2 bedroom condo was great for my family of 8. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was very functional, and the master suite had it's own entrance and mini kitchen. I booked this 2 bedroom condo because of the proximity to the beach and it didn't disappoint. One short block away with a convince store, pizza place, a restaurant and bar on the same block. Overall stay was very enjoyable. Pool and jacuzzi on property as well as a poolside bar/food. I contacted Chris via email for some questions and he responded back right away. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay close to the beach for a good price.

Our family loved the condo. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was great, the other rooms very comfortable. The location was ideal. We were in walking distance to the beach and stores. It was a great value! Loved it, can't wait to go back!
