Location. The guy who checked us in was very pleasant and professional.

We reserved the honeymoon suite, from the pictures online it seemed very nice but when we saw it in person it was way below expectation. There was no lotion, we didn't get to use the jacuzzi because the water ran yellowish green we drained and filled it twice but it still was discolored. Called front desk she said no other rooms were available and that she would call maintenance and give me a call back, she never called back, our views from the balcony were of dumpsters filled with stinky garbage. It was horrible! Upon checking out I informed front desk of the whole experience she apologized and said if we call the next time were in Fort Lauderdale she would give us a 15% discount... I couldn't believe she only offer a 15% discount on our next stay. This place is JOKE! We will never stay here again! I advise you not stay here either. Very bad experience. Ruined our romantic getaway. Very disappointed.

The room didn’t look like the pictures except the bathroom tiles, a very strong smell of mold, no oxygen in the room due to the smell. I would not recommend booking a stay at this property.

Room was updated, clean, staff was friendly. There was a pool and an elevator.

When you had the bathroom door open if you where on the toilet it would swing closed and bump against you.

The ice machine was right outside our door. I thought it might be better out in the pool area. it’s very loud.
