Very lovely staff and excellent hotel. The amenities within the room were really good and the cleanliness was awesome.

One of the elevators was out of commission from the beginning. The middle one started to play up a little, and one of them failed, causing five of my friends to be trapped for nearly three hours before the tech could get there from Brisbane. There are also ants in the room, but not too many, as if the previous tenants seemed to have invited them in. Also, of note, the entire building seemed a little... dated. As if it was last uplifted in the 80s-90s.

They view was really awesome.

It was a very comfortable room with a very clever kitchenette set up with generous tea and coffee supply. Loved the small fridge and the dishwashing set up. The beds were very comfortable and the view was stunning.

The spa bath was appreciated, as the shower at the coldest setting was too hot at a reasonable flow. Bruno was quick to respond to the issue, even on a Sunday. It was very unfortunate that the pool and spa were out of action during our entire 4 day stay.

Had problems getting our key from the lock box. Towels were of inferior quality. Staff were unhelpful as it is a rental in an Oaks Complex.
