We could not have asked for a better vacation rental for our family Christmas Vacation ! The property was beautiful, comfortable, and spacious - it was also well-appointed with almost every kitchen electronic imaginable as well as other necessities. I will highly recommend casadesantafe to others who are in search of vacation rentals in Santa Fe. This was a seamless rental - in fact we own a casita a half block away but it was too small for our family vacation- hence our rental with you -- after we rented but before our stay we (susan and Jan) were in town and Conrad was gracious enough to show us the property so we could get a lay of the land which made it so much easier when planning for the actual family trip.

Rental was clean, accommodating, roomy, close to town, and quiet.. All members were knowledgeable and friendly.

The Home was Gorgeous, well maintained, and equipped with anything you could ever need. Close to shopping, dining, and museums, The perfect Santa Fe house and location! Professional and kind. Absolutely every question is answered and thought thru. The best rental yet at Home Away!

Home was lovely. Locks and keys had issues. Rugs in master bedroom and bathroom did not have anti slip mats.

Beautiful property, parking not the best, but that is Santa Fe.

There were five cousins that came from CA, WA, NY and PA…The accommodations were wonderful, close ( half mile )walk to all that we wanted to see. It was very comfortable and perfect atmosphere to get together and catch up

Fantastic location and large enough for our family to stay! We had a one year olds birthday party, and found some pet hair on the floor as the little ones crawled around. The outdoor fireplace and abundance of kitchenware made the family vacation fun and easy. Recommend replacing the couches in the living room as they are ripped.

Excellent property that is comfortable and well kept and so close to the heart of everything. Amelia Dalton was very helpful and great to work with.

We enjoyed Casa Sanchez which is on a quiet street and very private once through the gate. For 2 or 3 couples it is a perfect space and you cannot beat the location! We have rented many houses in Santa Fe and this was one of our favorite. We will visit Casa Sanchez again, hopefully very soon! Very friendly and responsive to our initial needs, once we were settled everything was handled electronically and seamless.

Please check mildew in the mast bathroom shower. We look forward to being there again in May. The team was very responsive. It took a while to get the wood lighted in the fireplace as it was wet. We also did not have any fire starters (they were not at the house). We had to call to get fire starters, call about the difficulty with the wet wood, call about the difficulty in turning on the cold water in one bathroom, call about no hot water. In all cases, the staff was friendly and responsive.

Casa Sanchez is a beautiful home located close to the historic plaza. We had everything we needed, the home is beautiful, well maintained, and very clean. The property manager was very responsive and overall the home was perfect for a fun girls trip.

This home is stunning, very large for 6 of us, in a very quiet neighborhood, so convenient to downtown (walking or driving) yet once inside the home, completely surrounded by stucco wall, you feel completely away from tourists. We planned to eat out most dinners, but the kitchen is beyond fully stocked, and we ended up bringing dinner in two nights and cooking one night so we could enjoy the privacy and luxury of the home. Every bedroom is spacious and private, beds extremely comfortable, very modern, new fixtures throughout. Very nice private patio for reading/sitting. Note - the room with the two beds/separate bath is only accessible by going out the front door and downstairs a few steps - a private entrance. At first, thought a negative for the person staying in that room, but she only went down there when it was time for bed...and it's very private if that is desired. We would absolutely try to book this home when we return to Santa Fe - the art, the turquoise and southwest theme in the house is a wonderful memory!

The Santa Fe property is wonderful. It is is close to shopping, galleries and a nice grocery store and coffee place. It was perfect for our 50th bday getaway! Didn't have much contact. They were friendly when I picked up the keys.

Staying at Casa Sanchez was a big part of our vacation experience. The patio with outdoor fireplace was a favorite as well as enjoying the home after a long day of hiking, etc. Very attentive and responsive. Above average service.

Great place

Overall really an outstanding property. Single missing thing in kitchen was a juicer (not even the wood or plastic hand variety), which made making margaritas a challenge.

The photos do not do this place justice. It a charming, traditional adobe style home with brand-new luxury hotel quality bathrooms and a terrific kitchen. The place is fully stocked, close to everything, and perfect for a multi-generational family. Look no further! From booking to check out, the service was hands on and helpful. Staff were always available and helped us problem solve when our own plans changed.

This home was everything we needed for our family reunion which included 8 people. The downstairs was perfect for sharing with the separate beds and upstairs was great for the three couples. And the living area was spacious so we never felt crowded. Plus a beautiful patio area. I would highly recommend.

Loved the property and location Always professional and responsive

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was very good as some of us were able to walk to the plaza. We did stay in one night and made use of the barbeque which worked out well. I think my only criticism would be the early checkout time. It is not easy getting 8 people out by 10:00! Overall, we were able to do it, and we had an enjoyable time. My experience was very good. All my questions and requests were met.

Great location! Walking distance to plaza, canyon road art galleries, Kaunies Market, historic churches, etc. Didn’t worry about downtown parking. Lovely property, well maintained, very clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Private bathrooms for each bedroom and a powder room. Comfortable beds and linens. Covered patio was great for morning and evening, photos don’t do it justice.
