Room was small, restaurant wasn't what I expected but great staff!

All the staff at the front desk and breakfast area were amazing. They were super friendly and professional.

Only thing that was a bit of bother was the way the room was made. The bathroom sink and lights were right in front of the beds, so in the morning when I went to get ready. If I turned the lights on, they would light up everything. And I would wake up the person still sleeping because the beds were right in front of the bathroom sink. Maybe they should have placed the bathroom at the other end. This way there would be no disruption to the people sleeping.

1 reserved king size ADA room. on-site told there are no King size ADA rooms. Just queen size but still charged for the king. 2 could not plug in medical equipment near bed due to lack of outlets and no USB ports. 2 hours and 2 phone calls to desk they brought me an orange extension cord wrapped in numerous places with electrical tape. It didn’t work Photo attached. Why on earth would you install bedside tables over half the outlet? 3. phones in room did not work. used my cell to call the front desk about the electrical issue. Told the guy who brought up the electrical cord about phones. He tried then said someone would fix it tomorrow- ADA room and phones don’t work. Shameful. 4. you do NOT have a restaurant on site and the food looks nothing like the food pictured on your website. I ordered the pepperoni pizza. cut into four slices with one pepperoni on each quarter. And pretty sure it was microwaved as it wasn’t browned at all. Yuk.

Breakfast was above average and the front desk staff were amazing.

There were no bed side outlets. Bathroom fan was really noisy. The vanity lights are directly across from the sleeping area so if someone is trying to get ready while others are sleeping they have to do it in the dark. It’s just poorly designed layout compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in.
