Great historic hotel close to everything! Room decor was great!

Meal service was very slow, even when the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy.

I requested quiet room of adequate size. Room was on first floor by kitchen on exterior alleyway. Awakened at about 12:30 by loud argument with staff. Then noise in hallway. At 6 am dumpsters for construction immediately across alley were emptied, then heavy machinery for construction. Very tired the next day. Staff very responsive and quickly moved us to an interior room on upper floor. Much better!

Everything was just perfect!! The size of the room and the extra half bath were amazing. I've never stayed in a nicer room!

Atmosphere and friendly staff

Saw a couple of bugs in our quarters. Need to spray more often.

The location is perfect. The room was lovely.

There was little space outside the room to sit and relax. And all those spaces were LOUD.

The location was beautiful.Hotel is gorgeous. I love it. Room was good. Staff were ok.

we've got two older adults and one student No tv available and no internet. Plugs are faulty. Should be replaced.

Room. Door To closet was stuck. Directions were an error for Nespresso machine. Someone came and shout it a different way to use it.bathroom raised with no type of light to be able to see at night bathtub had a ledge 10 to 12 inches wide on it that you had to step over to get into the tub. Very dangerous for us.
