In quiet and safe area. Big and clean house

Accommodation is in a residential area, and is far from the beach and restaurants. Ideal for those traveling by car not for foreign tourists who depend on public transport. Speaking of which, the bus from George Town leaves you right in the center, but to get to this accommodation it will be a 20-minute walk uphill in the heat.
The room we rented didn't seem clear when it came to the shared bathroom, and when we arrived we discovered it was actually like an American suite - 1 bathroom in the middle of two bedrooms.
There is a shared kitchen that is old but large, the problem was that when I was there there was no gas for cooking, after request, on the last day the owner put on the gas. A washing machine is available and works. If you want to stay here, be aware that there are no supermarkets nearby.
The location is really bad for those who don't have a car.

Die Nachbarschaft hat überall in den Straßen Schilder aufgehängt "Homestayers keep out, your not welcome".
Die Klimaanlage kühlt nur sehr langsam.

Es war alles bestens, super sauber und schönes großes Zimmer mit großem Badezimmer und einer Gemeinschafts Küche. Ein super Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Schnelle Antwort auf alle Fragen und wir könnten früher Einchecken. Danke

The kitchen is absolutely amazing if you're planning to cook. The rooms are comfy. Lots of food options just a short drive or a less short walk away. Neighborhood is also quiet.
The water pressure was a little anaemic, but that might just be a Batu Ferringhi thing.

Fantastic stay ! Room is very confortable, with good quality bed, bath and shower. WiFi works really well. Impeccable cleaning in the room and shared space.
Possibility to use the kitchen and washing machine are a big plus. Very quiet. Super easy to check-in and great communication with the owner

Very good, 10 out of 10. Peace and comfortable , I really like the bathroom in master room. And can see the mountains view at balcony. Living room and kitchen are also beautiful.

Almost evey facility is available in the house from cooking to washing. I had my car parked inside. Every single thing in this house is perfect.
Curtains are thin. So in the morning the room is not dark enough.

This is a really good value place, not far from the main part of Batu Ferringhi. The host is super friendly and helpful. You have your own room, bathroom and balcony, and if you want to cook, there is a shared kitchen. The property is located in a quiet and safe housing estate. Overall, highly recommended.
The wifi generally was good, just sometimes it dropped off a little. An extra bin in the bathroom would have been useful.

Everything was good.
No nice view from the room or terras , has just a small outside terras between the buildings. Best to have scooter to go everywhere, not very close to beach and restaurants.

The room was really nice, big and a lot of natural light. the bathroom was also very good and clean and everything worked in the kitchen. The owner is very helpful and is very easy to contact if you need any information. Was a very nice stay!

Great neighborhood which is super quiet and not far from the beach and restaurants, shops, etc.
The property is very homey and gives a chill vibe.
I recommend you rent a scooter while there. It can make things much easier for exploring.
Housekeeping part was a little lackluster. Had to ask for extra toilet paper and trash to be emptied from the room in a 5 day stay.

The house is in a calm, quiat small street not far from the good streetfood places and the beach. The washing machine is very useful for a longer stay.

Nice, big upstairs room. Climate control and ceiling fan were very good. Check in and access instructions were excellent. Quiet street, with lots of parking available. Only a short walk into the shopping area. Nice balcony area. Communal facilities, kitchen etc were very good too.

Lovely home to stay in. Like the simple decoration in the house. Clean and tidy, a quiet community to stay in. Free parking space in the house. Convenient check-in and excellent communication with the house owner. Will definitely love to stay here again when I'm around the area.
The house is a little deep into the neighbourhood. Google map will be helpful to take you around, but if you travel by bus and walk, it will be a little far in. There are no lifts in the house and the disabled/elderly with difficulties walking will need help going up the stairs.

The location here is far away from the suburban areas of the city center of Penang. Most of the time, we have to spend long time going to town, where the traffic jam is serious. Makes us feel tired of going out.
