The rooms were large

The hotel's service fell short, prioritizing sales over customer satisfaction. The towels were notably rough, and despite our concerns during our five-day stay, the management showed no interest in addressing them or meeting with us. Throughout our experience, we felt like mere numbers, with no genuine care or effort shown from a customer service perspective. The lack of responsiveness and willingness to accommodate our needs was deeply disappointing, and it was the management's approach that left the biggest impression. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning in the future.

Lack of punctuality at serving breakfast - I had to start my day late by almost an hour. This lateness does not favor clients traveling for work/business.

The breakfast was Excellent the staff was Excellent they even have to call you for breakfast so that you don't miss anything.

They could do with better shower and toilet flashing better.

What I dint like was I ordered a meal at 6 with a promise of delivering it at 7;30 but they took too long we got the meals at around 9 we were almost giving up.
