The 3 bedroom layout with a full kitchen and private pool is perfect for families as an alternative to multiple hotel rooms or suites. The location is about as ideal as can be for the Palm Beach area with everything within walking distance. We had a car because we also like to travel around the island to restaurants but it wouldn’t be absolutely necessary. There is gated parking though and again, it’s right off the main road so is easy to get to. Beach towels/beach chairs provided and it’s an easy walk to the beach. Modern washer/dryers available and owner was very responsive in replacing the propane tank for the grill. Great week—look forward to coming back once some of the travel restrictions fully loosen. A Covid testing center is within walking distance for the return trip as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location! There was a great communication and answered all of our questions quickly without hesitation. He even went as far to refund our smaller rental for a larger rental. Thank goodness it was available. We look forward to renting with him again.

The condo is a great size for a family. It is tastefully decorated and a great layout. Enjoyed many a hour setting by the pool which is just out the back door. The location to the restaurants made eating so easy. I would strongly recommend this condo. The owner was very responsive to our questions.

Great location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the many restaurants. The pool at the condo was a nice amenity. 3 couples stayed at this condo and the facility worked for us. Pieter was more than accommodating to our questions and needs. Would suggest a coffee pot for ground coffee. Regardless, we would definitely recommend this condo.

We just returned from Aruba and had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is very well located with lots of room and very clean. The pool was a great space to relax in the afternoons and always quiet. The owner was great and responded to my questions immediately. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again!

The condo is perfect. Large enough for our family of five and having our own kitchen and pool really makes a difference. The condo is located within walking distance to everything you want in Palm Beach, including the beach just on the other side of the Hyatt. Short cab rides to grocery store, downtown, airport and Eagle Beach. The only improvement would be a little better lighting on the back side when walking at night. The check in process was smooth and efficient and the owner could not be more accommodating. We look forward to having another visit in the near future. This condo is a perfect alternative to multiple hotel rooms.

We spent Thanksgiving weekend at the Condo and had a great time. It is spacious and beds were very comfortable. The living room has a huge sofa and very large TV, and the pool was also great. Its a short walk from all the restaurants and beaches. Pieter, the owner, was also very responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay and would definitely recommend, especially for a family or group trying to avoid the over -crowed and noisy hotels.

We recently stayed at Las Islas condos and we already can't wait to go back! Our host, Pieter, was so helpful with all of our questions and quick to get back to us while we were there if we needed anything. The condo was spacious and a great layout for my family of 4 and sister and brother-in-law. The condo was clean and well stocked with all of the essentials. The location was close to restaurants, shops and the beach so we could walk everywhere. The super market is a short cab or bus ride. The private pool was clean and made it very convenient with the kids. We all enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to visiting Aruba and Las Islas again! Thanks Pieter for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

We were a party of 6 ladies and location was perfect couldn't have asked for more, shops, restaurant, and night life... But at the same time there was a balance for relaxation if needed. Being on the first floor had it's perks of laying out by the pool and accidentally falling asleep. Pieter was super responsive and offered up dining ideas and things to do. I would absolutely book his location again and will.

We are a family of four and our daughter brought a friend. The condo is located in a perfect location for us. Near Palm beach but in a quiet area. The condo had everything needed for a wonderful stay for the five of us. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again. The property owner was very responsive to questions and extremely helpful to us in securing a taxi to return to the airport.

We absolutely loved our condo!! The location was perfect. Two block from the beach, shopping and restaurants. The condo is on the first floor which makes it easy to get to the pool. Pieter was always available to answer any questions. Looking forward to my next visit.

This property was everything that was described and everything that you see in the photos is as it is. There were 4 of us celebrating my 51st. Condo is a convenient walk to the beach shopping and restaurants there's a mall with a movie theater within 500 feet. We were able to walk out of our patio and enjoy the pool. We had acess to the gas grill and used it after stopping on the market that is on the way. Pieter was a excellent host even though he was not on site was still available for our needs. I will definitely recommend this property and will be back myself for the Soul Beach Music Festival.

Location is in such a great place if you want to be in the middle of everything but with enough distance that youre not in the chaos if you dont want to be. We had 3 teenagers with us and it made it really easy to have them feel independant and come and go into town at their leisure. We walked to the coffee shops and smoothie shacks every morning with 5min. Rental chairs and tiki huts can be rented in between the hotel locations right on the beach. Most excursions will come pick you up if you provide them with the property address of Las Islas (next to Aruba escape room). We rented a truck through Bjs travel and it was perfect. It was a minivan H-1 category. It could fit 9 with enough room as a suburban for luggage in the back. Made it worth every penny rather than paying to take taxi to and from airport and just driving around with a large group. We met a few sets of renters and neighbors. Everyone was nice and plesant. We didnt cook but there are enough basics to get you through the process. We did have an issue with the TV in the front room closest to the road and peter was attentive and even had it swapped out for us until they remedied the issue with the existing tv. Cons: as written in other reviews the dryer is like watching water boil. Peter did say they were replacing it.

We loved our stay in Aruba. Condo was great. Clean, new and Pieter was a great host. Very short walk to shops, restaurants and beach. We grilled out 3 nights and enjoyed hanging at the pool. Will definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were of nice quality. We loved being on the first floor and having the table outside to eat at and the pool just steps away. Peter is very accessible and responsive to any questions that we had while we were there. We stopped at the supermarket on our way there with our taxi which was a great suggestion from Pieter. It was appreciated that he brought over paper towels for us after not knowing we would need them. I would suggest he provide a list of items he provides so the guest knows better what to purchase on their own. The location was great and walking distance to beach, shops, and restaurants and night life. We found a very nice man who set us up with beach chairs and umbrellas daily along the water. It was nice not to have to deal with crowded hotels Christmas week and waking up so early to secure lounge chairs. The condo itself was very lovely and the grounds were very well kept and pretty. The walk to the beach is easy and done by walking out the back of the pool area and crossing the Hyatt's parking lot. The walk at night was dark and would be nicer if better lit. All in all we loved our first time in Aruba and would stay again at Pieter's condo.

I stood here in December 2018 with my family and we loved the convenience of the home. Close to all, very clean and exactly as pictured. Definitely will stay here again, Pieter is an excellent host.

I traveled to Aruba with my husband, son, daughter and son-in-law. The condo was a perfect set-up for us. We all had our own spaces and plenty of room in the common areas. All the amenities were as good as promised. The location was great, close to restaurants etc and the beach. We enjoyed the bar/restaurants on the piers. We rented a car and went to other beaches and toured the island, but you wouldn’t need too. The pool was a great spot for relaxing and meeting the others staying in the complex. We saw Pieter a couple of times. He was always friendly and helpful. Our kids said they would return to Aruba and stay here again since they had such a great time. We visited Aruba at the end of January for 9 days. Our group of six included two grandparents, my husband and myself, along with our five year old daughter and nine year old son. After visiting several online sites, I found Pieter’s Las Islas condominium -- exactly what our family was looking for. I emailed him prior to our arrival with a few questions, and he responded very quickly. Pieter was there to greet us when we arrived to Las Islas. He gave us a tour and all I can say is WOW, this place is amazing! The condo isn’t like most rentals. It is your very own 5 star hotel for the week!! The home is immaculate, high-end and modern. From the décor, bath fixtures and furniture to the incredibly comfortable beds, Pieter has spared no expense. Each bedroom has its own full bath, and both master bedrooms have huge walk-in closets. Big, fluffy beach and bath towels are stocked in each room. Pieter also provides travel sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in every bathroom. The pool is just outside the door and has a jetted hot tub, as well as lounge chairs. The pool was not too deep, which was great for my kids -- who loved to splash and play in the evenings after a day in the sun. The grocery store is only a 5 minute drive away, and we had several meals at home using the full kitchen and outdoor gas grill. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glass wear, silverware, pots and cooking utensils. I called Pieter to ask about a blender, and within hours he arrived with a Nutribullet Pro! It’s also only an easy walk to Palm Beach, which has tons shopping and dining options. On both Eagle and Palm Beaches, you can rent a lounge chair for the day enjoy the beach bars and restaurants, or bring the beach chairs and a cooler from the condo. We rented a car, but you really don’t need to. There are plenty of taxis by the hotels. If you rent a car, parking is free and the complex has a security guard at night. We’ve been to the island four times and have always felt safe, but it was also nice to know the complex is gated and monitored. We had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend Pieter’s condo in Las Islas. Thanks Pieter!
