Yassi and Anissa were both so quick to address any questions or concerns I had, I could tell they genuinely cared that my family and I enjoyed our time there, It makes all the difference when renting a home for a vacation. I saw dolphin pods swim by every morning while drinking my coffee in the living room, that was a big highlight for me and my kids to watch from the comfort of the couch. It’s a great location near everything you need within walking distance. The windandsea beach is so Beautiful we spent most of our time just hanging out there as it’s across the street from the condo. Everything being provided was so appreciated! being from AZ we have no need for beach umbrellas, boogie boards etc so having access to all that was awesome! Thanks so much! We hope to be back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was wonderful. We liked having a glass of wine while we watched the sun set. Yassi, the representative of the rental unit, was very helpful in helping us deal with several minor issues. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Nice property great view

I’ve stayed in this exact building before and when you enter you question it. The entrance is dirty and a tad smelly, it’s old. When you walk into the rental units of this building you are swept away with the most amazing view. This unit was very clean and had all the amenities outside a washer and dryer ( which was noted). The one thing to know Is it is a rental and the furnishings are fine but not fresh and not of high quality. I would stay again but know it’s not super high quality but totally acceptable and has a great view.

Our family of 4 (7 yr old and 4 yr old, husband and I) really enjoyed our time here. We were visiting family up the hill but wanted to stay in the action and have an ocean view. We could walk to coffee and bagels in the morning and enjoy beautiful sunsets in the living room once kids were asleep. We will be back!

This property was beautifully maintained, convenient location, and views that can't be beat!! The unit was comfortable, clean, and was perfect for a girls getaway long weekend. Our host was above and beyond helpful and courteous and the hospitality was top notch. Highly recommend this property.

The home was even better than advertised. The information provided in the home (restaurants, local activities, beaches) was truly helpful and spot on. The communication from the management was clear and they were very responsive. A well supplied house with stunning views and comfortable beds!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The main event is the view of the ocean from the living room which is breathtaking. The property manager, Yassi, was outstanding. She provided clear directions for a stress-free check-in, and she encouraged us to contact her with any questions during our four-night visit. The condo was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable, a very well accessorized kitchen and the unit was furnished with everything we needed. The unit was exceptionally quiet, despite neighbors on the side and above. We were pleasantly surprised to find a lot of small details that they offered that added comfort to our stay: chilled bottled water in the refrigerator, an unopened bag of ice in the freezer and umbrellas in the closet that we used one morning when it rained. We used the shared laundry facilities on the ground floor, and they were exceptionally clean as well. We found the location to be conveniently located and easy to walk to a boutique grocery store (The Valley Organic), restaurants, and downtown La Jolla. The white informational binder was very helpful with great recommendations -- you’ll want to read that shortly after you arrive! (We especially enjoyed our lunch at Mary’s Gourmet Salads!) The parking spot we were given was outside and was a bit tricky given that you needed to enter the spot on an angle and position the car between two concrete walls. All said it is a great place to stay and we’d recommend it to anyone who enjoys watching sunsets, surfers, the ocean waves and people.

Great location for our daily hikes up and down to beach for a nice outdoor lunch; then back, usually thru the neighborhoods. Enjoyed watching the daylight-long surfer activity out the front window and lulled to sleep by the Pacific Ocean waves at night. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance, and only a short Uber ride from the SAN airport.

I've driven passed this property a hundred times while living in San Diego. I always admired the WINDOWS! The rental did not disappoint! We knew we wanted to be near the best beach in the area and upon arrival to the unit, the first thing you walk into is the view. The unit has timeless beach decor and we were happy to know it was outfitted with some beach equipment too. The beds were comfortable, the king being a bit more firm and the queen being a bit more plush. Everyone slept very well., especially being put to sleep by the sounds of the waves. It did get a bit warm in the late afternoons, and we took advantage of the shades and three portable ac units. I'd suggest if visiting in the warmer summer months you close the shades before noon and kick on the ac in order to be comfortable in the early evening. The back bedroom cooled easily, the beach facing living area and second bedroom struggled just a bit. So plan ahead. Owner and property manager we good to deal with. Explained the details clearly before arrival. Although the area is far busier than I remembered, we will be back. Maybe in the off season next time. Thank you!

Enjoyed the property and the surrounding area. Shore breaks were a little to much for the kids to boggie board but we made our way to la jolla shores Beach for that.

Amazing condo with amazing views of the ocean and the many surfers directly across the street. We sat and watched them for hours. A 10 second walk across the street to the beach. Condo was sparkling clean and fully furnished. Anissa and Yassi where so helpful with all our questions and requests. Will definitely stay there again!

Hardest part was leaving. Could sit on the couch all day enjoying the views.

the condo was just as described! we went for 4 days for a change of scenery, the beach access was fabulous and we loved watching the surfers every day. Our weather was a bit cloudy so didn't get the fabulous sunsets but it would be a great spot on sunny days for that! Birdrock is super cute part of La Jolla (Beaumonts awesome for dinner - outside and take out) and walking in the neighborhood was lovely as well! Highly recommend for great getaway!

Exceeded expectations

The location of this property is amazing with the beach directly across the street within seconds walking distance. My main issue complaint is the window dressings in the master bedroom! I expect At least decent black out ability in the master bedroom at least decent black out ability in a master bedroom The window dressings in the master bedroom and actually in the entire apartment are falling apart. I found myself sleeping with a pillow over my head not to get awoken by the extreme sunlight. Other than that the bed was comfortable the location was great the check in process was simple

This place is even better than the photos. It’s spacious, comfortable and very clean. You are literally front and center for watching surfers, beach goers and sunsets, all while sitting on the huge comfy sectional. Wind n Sea is a fun neighborhood with the best beach in La Jolla. I highly recommend this property! We had a terrific stay and hope to come back again this summer.

Our family had a lovely stay at this condo. Great location across from the ocean. Wonderful views!!! We enjoyed walking to a number of restaurants to the north and also ventured south to Bird Rock area. Great visit!

My wife and I spent a week in the San Diego area celebrating our 42nd wedding anniversary. After 3 nights on Coronado, we arrived at Anissa's beautiful condo on Windansea Beach. Yassi met us right on schedule and gave us a quick tour of the unit. It was exactly as described and shown on the VRBO website. Every room was immaculately clean and well appointed. The view of the Pacific was spectacular, especially the sunsets. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend Anissa's unit to anyone who wants to experience the La Jolla vibe.

It's always an amazing place to stay. There is no other place with such spectacular views of the beach.

This was our first VRBO and it was everything we hoped for. The owner and manager were awesome and the property was exactly what we expected. Thanks so much for the wonderful stay! The views from this place are amazing, Wind and Sea beach is beautiful. You are also very close to La Jolla shores beach and Tourmaline beach which are both great for kids to swim and learn to boogie board or surf! We would definitely come back if we are in San Diego again.

Views of the Ocean and sunset were amazing, Condo was very clean and had all of the amenities to make our stay a wonderful one. Yassi was great to work with, got back to me in a timely manner and was able to greet us when we arrived. Very reasonable price for such a great location, we watched surfers throughout the day. The unit also AC which we needed as it does get hot in the afternoon as the Sun is setting. Also it was a short 5 minute drive to downtown La Jolla where we enjoyed some great dinners and lunches. We recommend this place and would stay in it again next time we visit San Diego.
