Great Property had a great stay with friends. Unfortunately there was some maintenance issues that provided challenges during the stay. Would stay again, however some TLC is required.

Location was perfect, was advertised with lock up double garage but wasn't available for us to use. Communication wasn't the greatest as they confused us with someone else.
But over all, house was clean with so much room for everyone, teenagers loved the pool table, play station, air hockey. Perfect for lage groups.

The email for the check in was the wrong code, but a call to the property manager corrected that.
No tea towels to be found & oven mits would have been handy, overall we all found the place to be a great location, great view around the Bathurst area.

This property has wow factor!
We stayed here for our mums 60th and this property was perfect for our large family! The views were great and the place was well equiped. The atrium was such a nice feature!!

An absolute standout
Reservoir is a beautiful and unique property. We stayed with my two children, parents and in-laws for our daughters wedding and it couldn’t have been more ideal.
The house is Grand and so unique, with amazing views of beautiful Bathurst. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. We could not be happier with the accommodation or the communication with the owner Riannon. Thank you for having us and everything you did to help!! We will recommend this place to others. X

Perfect for big groups
Great stay, well located, lots of space for everyone. The main atrium with the garden and light are fantastic. We has a couple of issues with the plumbing but nothing that caused us any major issues and the host was on hand when I called. Definitely recommend

Remarkable Reservoir!
Perfect for our purpose - we ran several staff training sessions there and the house was stunning to be in. All the areas on different levels was perfect for our purpose too.

A wonderful break!
We travelled as a group of friends and The Reservoir was a wonderful place for us to unwind. Walking distance to everything we needed, and a very short drive to be in the country or doing laps on Mount Panorama.

Great house - really different.
We loved the concept, the architecture, the space and the views. This is a great house for a group stay.
A couple of minor maintenance matters can be easily fixed.
Communication about access to the house and wi-fi could be easier but Riannon was very responsive to my messages.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in the house and the area.

Excellent, but...
Everything was as expected for our group of 8 apart from hot water. 6 out of 8 had cold showers! Also minor issue with some light bulb needing replacing and air hockey not working, but we were impressed with the property, rooms and would happily return.

Very unique & beautiful home away from home!
This beautiful house was just amazing. We loved the history & also everything about the house, the view was spectacular. Very comfortable & accommodated us as a family. The door code was a little tricky, but we eventually worked out how to use it between all of us. We had a lovely time visiting relatives and have recommended this property to them. Our stay was not long enough this trip and we will definitely be coming back again. Thank you.

Gorgeous, unique house
Our group of 8 loved our stay here. The house is just gorgeous and so spacious and comfortable. Beds were really soft and warm. Plenty of room for everyone in every space. Really beautiful place, Thanks

Beautiful house lots of space for 3 families. The games room is excellent.
We had a lovely stay the children loves the abundant games and the games room. Very comfortable beddings. Had a bit of trouble with the central heating some instructions would have been good.

Unusual layout which gives the property a fabulous sense of space. Lots of rooms with extremely comfortable beds. Perfect for a large group with kids - especially loved the downstairs playroom. Would come here again for exploring this part of NSW.
