I stayed at Kerry’s property with two of my friends. The layout was perfect as we all had our own separate spaces to relax. The condo itself was pristine and Kerry was available at all times for any questions. We were walking distance to the Plaza which was exactly what we wanted. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and we felt safe at all times. I would highly recommended staying at this location. You can’t go wrong.

Pluses: very well kept, clean and in a quiet spot in Santa Fe a bit off the beaten path... Minuses: many many moths during our stay. Must have seen at least 15-20 moths during our stay. While they were benign it was annoying especially at night. We also saw a roach when we came in...but never again. It is in the city so I guess that can happen but again left sort of a creepy feeling especially when you just opened the door. The location was OK but a bit removed from things and across the street from a large office building that looks out on the patio...which is right on the street.

From beginning to end…this was a perfect getaway! The Host was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. It was located within walking distance of all our activities. The townhouse was lovely and well appointed! The perfect vacation!

We rented 2 of Kerry's condos (side by side) and both were immaculate and well appointed. From the case of water to a snack basket, and a blender (for our morning smoothies) we only needed to add our handful of breakfast items. The location was within walking distance to many of the restaurants and galleries we visited. Kerry was always quickly responsive to our inquiries. Highly recommend.

The best VRBO in my experience, great location, unit is spotless, pre-arrival communication and arrangements are superb. Quality mattress, bedding and towels! Airy interior and even bottled water and snacks were provided, the gesture is appreciated! All in all I would return and would recommend without hesitation.

We had a great visit to Sante Fe and this condo served as a wonderful central location that was walking distance to everything. Probability the best stocked VRBO rental we ever stayed at.

We highly recommend this property. It is extremely well furnished and equipped with high quality. It lacks for nothing. Extremely clean. Plenty of room for 6. Very well located within a block to 1.5 miles of everything in Santa Fe. Wonderful restaurants within easy walking distance. Great trail complexes within 5 miles.

This is a great property, nicely appointed, warm and comforting. It’s convenient location to restaurants and the historic district makes it an easy walk. It’s underground secure parking is another huge plus. Our family has stayed in numerous highly recommended VRBO properties, and this ranks among the best.

Just a block from the Plaza and a 15 minute drive to the snow, this is a perfect location to introduce yourself to Santa Fe. On top of that, it is a beautiful property, with a fantastic kitchen, and radiant floor heating to make leaving your slippers at home a plus. We enjoyed everything about it and can highly recommend it and the owners.

Our family of 12 stayed in this property and the one next door for a perfect family Christmas. Owner's attention to detail and nice extras were definitely appreciated. He was attentive to any questions we had and very accommodating for all our needs. Location is excellent and in walking distance to all the fun locations. This home was a wonderful place for our family to relax in Santa Fe over Thanksgiving. It had everything we needed, and it was very clean and comfortable. It was also in a great location and within walking distance to many things Santa Fe has to offer!

We have visited Santa Fe many times and stayed in a variety of lodgings. This property is top shelf! Beautiful unit, lovely & comfy furnishings, everything you might need. The kitchen is terrific, features JennAir appliances and is fully equipped if you like to cook or eat in. The mattresses, pillows, & bedrooms were super comfortable. The 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms were great to have. There were a variety of luxurious touches to enjoy. The wifi is robust. The location is superb-- easily walkable to everything downtown. The host is stellar and was extremely responsive. We loved our stay and loved this place. It is outstanding.

We visited Santa Fe this August and had a wonderful stay. This townhouse is lovely -- beautifully appointed, impeccably maintained, and perfectly located in a safe, quiet neighborhood just a couple of blocks from the historic Plaza. The owners have truly thought of everything, from an incredibly well-equipped kitchen to luxurious linens, and the entire space was immaculate. Kerry was so thoughtful and responsive to our questions, he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We highly recommend this townhouse! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Santa Fe.

We’ve stayed many places and this was by far one of the best we’ve stayed in. The host was very responsive and welcoming. The place was immaculate, extremely well stocked and super comfortable. Highly recommend.

We have been to Santa Fe before and stayed in a hotel but wanted more for ourMemorial Day family trip. This unit had everything we needed and more! It was located just a small walk to the plaza and was in a quiet neighborhood. The unit’s kitchen had everything including coffee maker with coffee and snacks when we arrived. The owners have done a wonderful job with making you feel at home and we available for any questions we had. We would highly recommend this unit!!

This property is called El Corazon, or the Heart. The condo was gorgeous, welcoming, and comfortable. The host has provided everything you need! It is very quiet at night, and you are only two blocks from the center of town. We had a wonderful time.

Deluxe, first class! Spacious and so quiet. The decor is beautiful and anything you might desire the host seemed to provide. I loved the pre and stay information provided in unit. Quick walk to square. I will be back!

Everything about our stay was A+. The location of the property could not be beat. It's a short walk to the plaza, so a great place as the HQ for your trip to Santa Fe. The property itself was amazing. The floorplan and décor were top not. And the host stocked this property beyond belief. Snacks, cold waters, wine upon arrival, bathroom amenities, kitchen utensils, you name it, it was all there. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to visit again.

Excellent location and well stocked kitchen! Unfortunately the Covid-19 shortened our stay and the owner was very easy to work with us regarding the change. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay within walking distance of the Plaza and lots of restaurants!
