The room was clean, breakfast Ok. Location was good,.many shops and food places. Metro was really apr. 400-500 m. away only. The hotel team was friendly.

The lobby was too small. The room was smaller than usual as well.

Good location - access to transport, a short taxi ride to many of the business hubs, and walking distance to a TON of top-notch eateries. The added perk is direct quick access to both terminals of Hongqiao Airport by Metro Line 10 - the airport is infamous for being difficult to get from by taxi due to grumpy drivers reluctant to provide short rides which aren't worth the long wait at the arrival area. Breakfast is plentiful, rooms are clean, the staff is helpful, and the hotel belongs to a well-established international brand that is foreigner-friendly. Very smooth check-in and check-out process. The hotel isn't really close to any of the historical areas in the City or famous landmarks - but it's a perfect base if you visit Shanghai for business, visiting family or just to chill. The interesting mix of the bustling community housing blocks and some of Shanghai's most affluent neighborhoods nearby, and the food and shopping scene resulting from the mix is the defining character of the city.

Can't really fault the hotel on this but the surrounding area has had a lot of construction activities lately so watch out for noise, dirt, and bad traffic. The rooms themselves are well insulated though, we didn't lose any sleep. The hotel also has a very unassuming front (the inside is much nicer), so depending on the nature of the trip (especially one arranged on behalf of a business), this could be a caveat for some.

清潔服務人員笑臉迎人，入住時間遇到大雨天，搭乘電梯遇到清潔工作的阿姨，友善的笑臉提醒趕緊換下濕衣服，一邊說著等等會去幫忙清理客房，讓入住的朋友們備感溫馨，客房雖不大但整潔清爽，想必這也是清潔人員們努力的成果！早餐也是很棒的，中西式品項齊全，用餐空間足夠，現包現煮的小餛飩，熱騰騰的麵食，讓同行友人們讚賞不已！住宿交通便利，我是公務差旅，友人們是旅遊，都深感地點適中、出行便利，忙完公事想要吃些小食或是添購簡單日用品，附近一應俱全!

門卡似乎已經使用有年，感應裝置也不靈敏，上下處理好幾遍，前台人員過於繁忙，只好花時間等待，好不容易輪到，又要反覆查驗證件確定資料，也很難要求友善服務，對於分秒必爭的差旅行程而言、真的是很不便！門廳比較小，行政流程很久，有些行政人員似乎不熟練，遇到客人多的時候，擠成一團，感受不太好，外門處地板坑凹，還有大型的車擋，對於有大件行李的客人來說，不太友善！

Pretty close to the city centre, very nice staff that could mostly speak english which was surprising and pleasant, everyday we got clean sheets and towels, good breakfast

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a selection of Chinese and Western food, the variety and standard is good. There are many restaurants and food outlets near the hotel, and a subway station within walking distance. Though the room is not very big, it is fully equipped and the bed is comfortable.

The carpet at the lift lobby on my floor is quite dirty, having it clean will give a better image to the hotel.

Nice clean room. Lovely japanese style toilet with warming seat. Nice area with shops including Starbucks nearby (turn right from hotel and then right onto the main street of shops). Helpful checking lady and Andy was helfpul on checkout

Airconditioner were not working properly. Second day of our stay hotel staff shifted us to another room and provide a fan but we couldn't sleep properly

The location is great as it is right next to a Metro station, also only 15- 20 minute drive from Hongqiao airport, a few minutes walk to a mall with McDs, Starbucks etc. and plenty of eat-in and delivery food options around. The room was clean and very quiet. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

I booked the property online for a friend who needed a place to stay urgently. They were able to get her into the room within half an hour at 12:00 AM.

I stayed here for more than three nights due to the home quarantine requirement and later the lockdown. It's clean. Katrina and another receptionist were helpful in offering solutions, and were patience also toward a foreigner such as myself.
