Perfect location to explore San Diego and the surrounding areas. Less than a five-minute walk to the Torrey Pines beach and short drives to Del Mar, La Jolla, and downtown San Diego. Easy to get north to Carlsbad, Encinitas, etc. as well. The townhome provided great space and all bedrooms were on the same floor. Clean and user friendly. The private community had two pools, two hot tubs, tennis courts, and even a park/playground (only open to the neighborhood). The host was a pleasure to work with - hospitable, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable of the area (attractions, restaurants, etc.). We will be back!

Great location and value!

This was an excellent location within a little community called SeaPoint. Across from Torrey Pines State Park and walking distance to a coffee shop & pizza restaurant. The owner cares very much about her property and was sure to show us how to access the community pools, tennis courts, and more! She was easy to communicate with and the place had everything we needed to cook meals and do laundry. Sports equipment in the garage and plenty of extra blankets/pillows for comfort in closets. I would stay here again with my family.

This two-level condo is situated in a nice communities with amenities including 2 pools and hot tubs. It is walking distance from the beach and beautiful hikes and walks. You are just minutes from all the great beach towns as well as the city of San Diego. My entire family enjoyed a new adventure each day. We would definitely return.

This home has everything we needed for a great summer vacation! Located across the street from the Torry Pines beach entrance and fully stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach(towels, chairs, cooler, boogie boards); it was easy to spend a day at the beach with the family. We also enjoyed the tennis courts, and pool on the property. The house was clean and bright with amazing ocean views. I hope to stay here again.

We stayed at this property while visiting the area to see my son who just relocated to the San Diego area. This location has to be one of the most scenic in the San Diego area. This property was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable week. Angelica was a gracious host who was responsive and helpful . The beach was within walking distance as was Torrey Pines Reserve. Beautiful Del Mar also a stone’s throw away. You will not be disappointed with this property or the location. We hope to be back.

Loved our time in Del Mar. Property is centrally located and convenient to the beaches. Host was always available and helpful. Unit is located on a busy street but we enjoyed watching the people, traffic and coastal train. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect spot for this visit to San Diego for us. Easy access to freeways and coastal road. Garage was a huge plus for us

We loved our stay at this great condo! The easy access to the beach, the pools, and the park were perfect for the kids and it was a short drive to all the local attractions. Great place for a family trip!

We loved this property. Angelica was so easy to work with, even meeting us on-site to make sure we got settled in. We've stayed at lots of rental places, and she went above and beyond. A quick walk to the beach, easy to get around, and a super comfy place to hang out. We'll be back!

Amazing location and excellent service.

This is a wonderful property with a great location. It's within walking distance of the Torrey Pines beach, as well as a relatively short walk to a trail upward overlooking the beach. The gracious and extremely accommodating and pleasant host (Angelica) showed us around the property when we checked in. The townhouse is quite comfortable (including the beds). Everything you need for the beach is provided, including a rolling wagon to put towels, etc. The kitchen is well-equipped. Del Mar is beautiful, and well-located for journeys downtown or elsewhere. Groceries are a short drive away, and many restaurants are within either walking distance or a short drive. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Best check-in experience ever. Angelica meets you and goes over everything. So comforting to have that connection right up front (was also great pre trip as well). Location is great to enjoy greater San Diego area. 70 Minutes to Disneyland, walk to beaches, 20 minutes to downtown San Diego. What more could you want. House stocked with chairs, umbrella, toys, and beach wagon. Made going to be the beach EASY. That's a huge relief when travelling and can get costly quickly. The neighborhood is amazing. 2 pools. Tennis. Amazing private parks. Incredibly safe and easy to find!

Our family stayed for a wonderful week. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach and in Del Mar and San Diego. The house was wonderfully clean and comfortable, and had all the beach toys and tools we needed to have fun with a quick walk to the beach! Easy to get to everything, and we particularly enjoyed sunset views, hearing the ocean from the deck, and walks to Torrey Pines. We'll be back for sure!! Recommend highly for family vacations!

If this place is available for the dates you need, BOOK IT!! We loved our stay at Angelica’s! She met us for check-in and showed us around the townhome and property. She was available via text and phone the whole trip and always returned messages promptly. When they say “location,” this place is IT! Right across from Torrey Pines….literally a 5 min walk and you’re on the beach! Angelica has everything you could need for it too from beach chairs, to boogie boards, to umbrellas. The complex also has an amazing pool and a 5 acre open space that is great for walks. Roberto’s and Bird Rock Coffee Roasters are both great and within walking distance. We hope to be able to visit again!

My sister and our 3 kids met up here for a wonderful family vacation to San Diego. This condo is conveniently located near the 5, local restaurants and shops and right across the street from Torrey Pines state park which has beach access and spectacular hiking trails. The condo had a fully stocked kitchen which allowed us to cook some of our meals in. The 2 bedrooms slept our families of 5 people comfortably. The patio provided nice views across to the state park (although there is some traffic on Carmel Valley, it did not bother us). We used the pool and hot tub in the complex and essentially had it to ourselves-how awesome! Angelica was great at keeping us posted about check in/check out and readily available for questions. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this home was spectacular. The home was very clean and was exactly as described in the description. The location was perfect and the property had wonderful amenities. The Host was fantastic, very easy to contact, and extremely personable. I would definitely stay here again!

This was one of our favorite stays ever. We loved being able to walk to the beach and great areas for running. Having 4 separate beds was very convenient for us. The place was well-appointed with great beach chairs and toys, well-stocked kitchen, and many nice conveniences. Getting to Torrey Pines golf course was a quick drive or Uber and there is even a bus that goes straight there. We definitely hope to stay again soon.

We stayed for a combo work/ play vacation and the location was perfect for heading to downtown SD or just hanging out nearby at the beach. Angelica was a fantastic host who showed us all around and checked in periodically. Highly recommended!

This condo was perfect for my daughter, granddaughter and myself In July. It had everything we could possibly need, such as a great variety of beach chairs and toys and comfortable beds and furniture, etc...

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were really comfortable, lots of space. The location was spectacular. Just a short walk to the beach. The kids enjoyed using the boogie boards and surf board. We spent quite a bit of time at one of the heated pools/hot tub, also very well kept. Matt was very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

A comfortable, cozy condo. Good location for getting into San Diego (30 minutes to downtown), to the supermarket and up the coast to Del Mar village, Solana Beach and beyond. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Short walk across the Torrey Pines Beach parking lot and under the rail road and PCH to the beach. Popular with surfers and walkers. Overlooks Carmel Vally Road which gets busy during morning and late afternoon drive times but is otherwise very quiet. The occasional Coastliner or Amtrak rumbles by but makes the condo more interesting. Wonderful sunsets right out the living/dining room windows. Matt is a superb host. Made sure all was well, lots of local color and tips. We'd rent again!

We had a wonderful vacation at this property in Torrey Pines. Matt was incredibly nice - really over-the-top kind, helpful and responsive to all our questions. He provided a wonderful welcome tour of the town home and throughout our stay was helpful but never intrusive. The property is clean and well maintained, with ample room and, even though a major road is in front of it, is very quiet. We watched beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Heavenly! The location is fantastic. The three of us (all adults) were able to find plenty of walking trails - both at Torrey Pines State Park and on the beach, many within walking distance. One of us brought his bike, and frequently went out riding during our 2-week stay, with plenty of trails in the area. We also ventured out to San Diego, to Balboa Park and several other locations, all within a half-hour drive. Another bonus was that a PGA tour was going on during our stay, so we visited Torrey Pines Golf Course and enjoyed watching Tiger Woods and others for a few hours. Del Mar has an abundance of restaurants (we liked Prep Kitchen and Board & Brew, especially, and enjoyed Gelato 101 not far away). All in all, this is a great place to kick back and enjoy the Del Mar/San Diego area. The owner and manager were wonderful throughout our stay, and we hope to return sometime.

This condo was great for out week vacation to La Jolla/Del Mar for 2 couples. House and beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub within the resort are very close to the condo. Access to beach is a short 2 min walk. Walk to Torrey Pines hiking trails is an easy 2 miles. Gliderport (for paragliding) is only a 5 min drive. We had 2 cars and parking was not a problem. We parked 1 car in the garage and the other right out front for easy in-and-out access. View of the ocean is minimal from the condo and you can't see the beach, but great sunset views.
