Nothing really. The bed was fine but had to climb over everything to get in.

Finding it (not clearly visible from the road), no name on building just a small number on the door. Was looking for Country Comfort on the building. Mould in the shower; fittings in the shower were broken and could not get shower rose to stay up; the 2 seater lounge chair could not be sat on without sliding off; inside is very outdated, no appeal. By far the worst accommodation we have had to date

Passable accommodation for sleeping during a business trip. Not comfortable for laughing /relaxing. Very small kitchen with even smaller shower room. In need of revamp /decorating.

Ok so I booked online and later found out I have to transfer a 250 deposit to a bank account. Luckily I had the money but if I didn't then I would have been in a bad place as there is not even a option to cancel so I would have lost my money On arrival the first thing I noticed is although the place does look similar to the pictures it look so much more run down and dated in real and when I entered the apartment I noticed the full apartment was the size of my bathroom at home.. I mean it was so tiny but since it was only me staying I didn't really mind its just the fact it looks so spacious in the pictures. My real issues came when I tried to heat up the apartment. The electric heaters did absolutely nothing and I also had a blow heater that was barely getting me by. The poor build quality of the actual building meant that even with all the heaters on I still couldn't take of my coat because of the cold. I ended up going into town and checking into a hotel the same night. I was just glad to get my deposit back.

Was a comfortable stay had everything that was required and the ability to watch Netflix was an added bonus.

The wobbly wardrobe wasn't great and the sofa was slightly uncomfortable and the lack of oven was a little problematic but all minor.

Location was good, secure flat and well sound proofed.Kept clean and tidy.Bed was decent and clean linen provided.

Microwave would switch off suddenly and take a while to come back on but no other issues otherwise.

Excellent stay, highly reccomend, communication couldn't was amazing, very easy to contact and amend booking, contactable at the premises, went above and beyond in terms of customer service, we were bringing kids in the end and made sure the heating was on when we got there, very warm accommodation in freezing weather, easy to get in with keypad access to both doors, fully equipped accommodation with comfortable beds, parked right outside, highly recommend for location as so close to the centre :)
